Brand new from an AD stateside...Timeless Luxury Watches, they recently had a batch of old stock/original dial GSs’ for sale apparently the last stock straight from the manufacturer. Was mindblown they even had any given it’s been almost two years since the dial change. I’ve somehow come full circle; When I bought the titanium version (SBGA031) it was my grail and I always wished I could get an 029 in steel (the watch shown) as a daily beater. I’ve gone through most all Seiko divers since then and ended up with the 029 after all. Everything else seems moot now so I plan on selling off the others.

That, and GS is likely to release a new diver at Basel in a few months lol

Was it the Timeless Luxury in Atlanta?

1 month of on and off wear

No washes yet but soaked multiple times. When I say soaked I'm referring to getting drenched by the rain.

I think the IH stuff might be a bit too heavy for me, but I really want black denim that fades. So if IH would’ve made them out of SBG instead of just SB in the 888 cut I probably would’ve bought a pair.

Check out the Sugar Cane Type III jean. I got a pair a couple weeks ago and REALLY digging the cut and the denim.

  4. If anyone was wishing they scooped a pair of Warehouse 660 before BiG sold out, I have a pair of very, very lightly worn in size 31 that I'd let go. They were hemmed to a 32 inseam.

I got a pair of 800s at the same time and I'm loving that cut so much that the 660 is just collecting dust which is a shame.

    Hit me up.

  5. Working on stretching out the waist of these new 800s. Love the fit otherwise and once I hem them, they will be spot on. Denim is amazing, rough but comfortable right out of the bag.

Warehouse 800 one wash size 32. 1000XX denim. Anyone has experience with how much do these stretch? I'm hoping they'd stretch to maybe 34" (started at 32), because they feel tight when I sit down and it's bothering me. So far I've worn them for 4 days.

Other than that love the irregularity of the denim. Not a big fan of the wide leg opening, but it's not too bad. These definitely feel spacious (except for waist), which is very nice.

How much have these stretched? I just received the exact same cut in the same size and the waist is SO tight. Kinda bummed because if I size up, the legs will be too wide for my taste.

  7. So looking at Blue in Green's website, it looks like they only have 1 pair of the 660 left in stock. Is it safe to confirm that once these are gone, this model will not be remade?

  8. The good news is the jeans arrived today and they are awesome.

The bad news is they've either shrunk more than what I thought they would or I have gotten fatter than I realized (safe bet on the last one).

Unfortunately they are too small for me in the waist. Who's next on the tour and I will get them in the mail asap!

  9. I held out on washing my Joe McCoy Ballpark sweatshirt as long as possible but finally had to cave yesterday. Washed with cold water on the handwash setting, low spin cycle and hung to dry. This thing is taking forever to dry. I'm trying to avoid any shrinkage in the length because I love this damn thing too much for it to shrink up on me.
