  1. So - is there concensus regarding the inseam shrinkage on the EX models? I'll try to get my 1108 EX hemmed this Weekend and wonder how much I should have taken away. I will try laundry store washing and machine drying to shrink them to size, so i think i should calculate 3" shrinkage?

  2. Thanks @Niro Just to be clear: were your jeans hemmed or did they shink over 3"?

@jewellben Roughly two hot washes and a dryer before wearing them. This should result in major shrinkage and nice roping. Most pairs I got recently were tight fromthe start so I had to be more careful wwen washing them, but this one could use a similar treatment.I just hope I don''t screw up the nice patch.

  3. ^what size is it? The wide leg is throwing me off a bit, but if I try Aho's System I might be able to shrink them down to my liking.  If you happened to have a 36 I'd be able to compare...Maybe the inseam length would already help as indicator how much shrinkage is in them.

  4. What 800 in Heidelberg. Pretty city and like the definition of a german idealised town. We went there for an engagement photo shooting that I won so I decided to bring my favourite faded jeans and the one I wore when I proposed.

  5. Hmm. The whole packaging is great and the denim lovely. But they're big. Really big. Will take fit pics later but unless they shrink 10% (like the size charts suggested) I won't be able to wear them. Any experiences from other owners?

  6. Nothing denim related, but I hope to find some Input from you guys. I already got my (navy) wedding suit, will pair it with my oxblood trickers and navy/oxblood suspenders. I have a formal bowtie in red, but need another one for the second Party which can be a bit less formal. I'd apreciate a nod towards my denim or flannel Obsession, so I was looking at a few hill-side bowties. Which one would you think worked best?

The suit (ignore the model please).

I'm enjoying this sub category of fit pic lately.

I always look at hems and shoes on people.

I will dub this "Cuff & Sole" and hope to see more of it.

'Shoes maketh the man' and all that (and jeans, and shirts, and character. Mainly character).

Hope I don't derail the thread, but I am not a big fan of those shots, nor of the ones where clothes are arranged on the floor. I like to see the fit on "real" People, it's so much better than those model pictures in too tight unwashed jeans you get in every online store. I also scroll past those Instagram Anonymousism x RW 875 Pictures, I know what socks and boots look like, it's the combination of all clothes and the person wearing them that make an outfit look good or not.
