skateboarding is the best thing in the world... you dont need pro model boards or trucks or wheels or shoes to do it. you dont need skate brand clothes to do it. you dont need amazing graphics. you dont need anything except a skateboard and paved ground.

if tomorrow 95% of the companies went under, all the skate parks closed, all the pros had to find real jobs... id still be skating the same way i do now.

Do tattoo artists usually draw up original art if you give them a basic idea of what you want? Or do most people just bring in something already drawn up?

really depends how you wear your jeans. If you want a slim fit like mine (scroll up to top) then you're golden.

No pics, but to my egg lovers, I eat this almost every day for lunch...

Buy a can of coconut milk and let it sit in the fridge overnight so that the cream separates from the water. Scoop out the cream and whip it up a bit in a bowl. (optional: add sweetener, vanilla etc.)

Then fry up some eggs. I like to fry them in a little pastured butter and then cover them in turmeric and cinnamon.

Top them with your coconut milk and voila! Delicious.
