  1. Question that's not expressly urban tech related but there are so few active threads that I think that this would work best:

I remember Guerilla Group being mentioned earlier in the thread and I wasn't able to search back enough to find the discussion. What was the consensus on sizing? That it was cut small, right? (I know there are measurements, would still like second opinions)

Because I'm interested in getting a tank and the ballcap but I might be too burly...

  2. I've been playing this little mobile rpg game for month now. Pretty grindy like all phone games but it has an automate feature to lessen the tedium.

So i usually just plug my phone in at work set them to auto and put a tissue or cloth on top of the screen lol.

Today my boss comes over and sets a couple of papers on my desk and it blows the napkin partially off the screen ...

I watch her as she looks at my screen with bright colors and flashes and weird shit for about 2 seconds while still explaining whatever it was that she stopped by for

I just say "ok alright got it" while hoping to god she doesnt make a comment or question. Idk if she understood what she saw. I considered telling her that it was my screen saver in those few seconds but decided to not say anything

I guess it isnt so bad because i'm not even technically playing but yeah it was some awkward stuff

  3. I was thinking yesterday how much I liked Life is Strange.

Something finally clicked for me with Dark Souls II and I've become completely addicted in the past few weeks. After this I'm going to play Bloodborne and DSIII.

I'm assuming you're playing Scholar of the First Sin? I really liked Dark Souls 2 too tbh and am fairly excited for DS3

I think I may be the only one who hates Dark Souls 1. Game is a piece of shit IMO, UI is clunky, hate how you have to walk everywhere, upgrade system is convoluted, bosses are easy, level design is frustrating. Could be because I played the games in order of Bloodborne > Dark Souls 2 > Dark Souls 1, but the order I played them in is the order I'd rate them in with Bloodborne being the most enjoyable.

Looking forward to Dark Souls 3, but I hope that it takes more cues from Bloodborne and DS2 than DS1. Looks like it will draw from all 3 which has me a little worried personally but I pre-ordered nonetheless.

  4. I had Russian River Consecration about a year ago and that got me hooked on sours. I crave it from time to time

I think the Almanac Farmers Reserve sours all sorta taste similar? Or my palate isn't developed enough ...

Fantome printemps was also a really memorable saison I had in the last year. Nothing quite like it, really

I've been moving away from IPAs as of late, as I can't find many with that much complexity aside from pine, hops

Also, in terms of flavored Sculpins, maybe I'm the only one that likes Habanero? I couldn't drink a sixer of it in one sitting, but I find it at least interesting. To me, Pineapple just smells like pineapple and has a faint pineapple aftertaste and grapefruit is a little too artificial.

  5. rainbow dix siege with group of friends is a lot better than I thought it'd be

i played witcher 3 for like 20 mins and never played it again. Combat in bloodborne/dark souls series has killed any other hack and slash permanently for me

  6. fargo finale was alright... I feel like the last two episodes were kind of weak in comparison to how goddamn strong the majority of the season was

The whole hanzee tie in to season 1 was pretty unnecessary and quite a stretch tbh and a lot of the character endings felt unsatisfying

Eh, idk. I thought it could've rivaled true detective season 1, but the last 2 episodes let the season down for me
