as with the others i only handwash shirts so they're in mint condition, excuse the shabby ironing mind you.....

willing to exchange any of the above shirts for vis shoes ( US 9 or 10 depending on style) or vis saga shirt / vis white shirts in medium or large

paypal or london meet ups only

  2. absolute tosh the lot of it. really poor.

velour trackies a la vicky pollard and some bizarre line dancing gear....dearie me. mind you in this age of austerity and nigo-esque price bumps i think im actually glad.

  3. thanks for your contribution mate

Also for the other melbournians on this thread, visvim is getting a melbourne stocklist over the next 2 months, which is pretty exciting! rumored white mountaineering will be stocked with them too.

dear boy, it's ok to question peoples naivety.

very excited for you marsupials but seriously you think he burns his stock?

nigo had the same rumours 5 years ago........hmm

  4. hiroki is always on point...maybe not on the price range

but overall i like his direction for 10 aw..

and if u don't even like the 10aw hiking shit he has done..

i don't even think u would like the 11ss when he goes all over on those americana and navtive indian shit...

i'm afraid he's not always on point, you show me any designer who is !

I just wanted to debate the paucity of AW and I think the hiking shit really isn't great, and the moncler collab a poor choice. If you want good hiking look to Cabourn or some of the Scandi brands.

I'm sure he won't look back but if SS11 is more like the stuff of yonder year ie native indian and other nomadic tribe influences then we might be back on track.

  5. maybe it's just me, but that jacket is breathtakingly amazing. it's very unique, yet still refined (which is usually why i dig visvim), granted it could just be the lighting in the pic. i dig it.

You're not well sir. It wouldn't look out of place in Trumpton.

  6. That jackets shocking - as are most of this seasons pieces. (Hadrian arrived t'other week and is def an exception as is deck jacket) The Moncler stuff is very disappointing - as a colab it never really thrilled me and in practice its pedestrian.

Anybody else agree that most of AW is poor?

Hiroki needs to get back on track, my wallets happy but hopefully SS11 will be more on point.

  7. If it was me, id just keep all my visvim shoes till i drop by tokyo and bring it to the store for repairs in person.

sorry but thats a ridiculous answer for fucks sake.....just put all your vsvm shoes in a repair bag and wait til you swing by FIL??

local cobblers is what yer average person would do esp if you've proxied, if not recorded deliv to source seems clever , if a litlle chancey.

when will this thread get back to releases etc and not just snoring sizing enquiries / repairs !

  8. Anybody know more on the Hadrian 3L?

I hear it comes in navy and also black as well as the beige and burgundy options, anybody know if they still have the brown vachetta patches or a different colour?

Also sizing, having got Nomad's from the last four seasons it seems like what was once an M is now more like an L

(there was a great post on the dissertation of the (sic) inaccuracy of transcendental sizings i seem to recall.........)

    - be good to know if these are gonna be sized bigger too.

PS Small plug....Will stick up d/s purple fbt's size US9 in the marketplace tomorrow
