Have a pair of these in black,  eur 40.5.  Fit large.  I'm normally a 41 but these could probably fit a 42-43.

Buttons and buttonholes allow it to be buttoned both from the right (guys), or from the left (girls).

coffee wise, in the city try chocolate soldier, brew, and brother espresso. brother espresso is probably nearest to you. however, don't expect them to be anywhere near sydney/melbourne standard!
