Some poor quality photos of my Riders. I gave them a hot soak to take in the waist.
and a fit in the Californians and the Mechanics shirt.
Waiting for the sony NEX-7 to come out. I think I might pick that up.

Was mostly kidding. Looks like they did a great job. I have a pair of boots that need a resole. Almost a year of wearing them with holes in them. Look forward to seeing more of those boot you obliviously wear them a lot.

Did I miss a story? What was wrong with them? Did you have them raised and taps added?

Great pair. Let's see a full fit on those.

I feel like I saw a S in the Mechanics shirt on J Crews site the other day.

You dirty tease.

I love it as well, but I really wish the fabric was the other way around. I think they would feel much better that way.

I think they will be cheaper than you think, because they will be made in the states.
You never know the RS stuff is made in the states and is priced out of control. I feel like this American Sportswear line will fall into the same price point range as the Californians.

^set to repeat. Man that jacket looks so great. Holding my breath for price points on those pieces.

That sucks SLAB. I can't imagine that they are so swamped with in store customers that they can't have the person working in store reply with that kind of info or even pick up the phone.
I want to go down there soon but I am afraid that they will not be open. I like to call before I go anywhere and make sure they have what I want. Don't think that is going to work there.

Great post pomata. I had a feeling you could not bring yourself to turn those pants into jorts.
Beatle your leg went so fast. I miss those tight pants.
Never posted a picture of the Lucky shirt. My little one wanted me to wear it the other day.
Thanks jimmyc!

Went camping last week for a few days in Big Sur. Wore the Californians.
They needed a wash after that. This is the first real wash on these. About 9 months in.

Had to get one of these. The painted metal buttons sealed the deal for me. I love the way they chip and show the metal underneath.
I am on the look out for one of the blue mechanics salt and pepper chambray shirts in an XL. Really let me know.

Damn those boots. Still thinking about them.
Beatle when are we going to see fits of those Juicy Boots? You going to tuck your jeans in so those reflector strips shine?

Thanks for the info on the collar name. I have seen the club collar before on shirts before but never knew the name. Just made me think of the type of collar on the shore jacket when I saw it.

I wish I had taken more. Or more that had good exposure and focus.

Here is a cuff detail on the J Crew Covert Selvedge Salt and Pepper shirt. It is a very soft shirt. In my mind I thought it would be stiff and scratchy.
I feel like it runs just a hair larger than their chambray utility shirts.
