Why are the 55 and 47 still full price? I know they are popular models but come on......
What size are you? Maybe I can sort you out.
But first what’s the deal with cone prices and stock. Haven’t been here in ages can’t even find deadstock pairs on eBay. Have a few deadstock pairs of cone 1955s rigids and 1954 rinsed/washed(not even sure what they are tbh) that I’m trying to move. Sad but I don’t think I’ll ever fit in them lol all 34x32 get at me before I throw em on eBay.

Def interested, like aho said the arc design is a bit of a con for me - but can always remove them with a seam ripper

I purchased a pair of LVC 54 "new rinse". Are these levis version of a hard one-wash? Some descriptions online say they are while some refer to them as just a design.

For all those who own loopwheel sweaters or sweaters in general, I need some laundry drying tips.
After hang drying one of my wtaps loopwheel hoodies the sweater got really warped around the shoulder and chest area because of the delicate/heavy nature of the material when it was hanging.
I bought a couple flat drying racks to lay them flat on but I feel like its taking so long to dry them. Do you guys have any tips? Do you think putting them in a dryer on low heat will damage the sweater material if i put it in a net? Maybe ill flat dry them outside on certain days?
Thanks.

Just picked up a pair of one-wash 105s in size 3, not sure if this is an older lot or what not but the model number on the orSlow tag is No. 01-1050-81K
Measurements (BiG Style):
W: 34" Fr: 11.5" Br: 15" UpperThigh: ~12" Inseam: ~31.5" Lo: 7.5-7.75"
Waist relaxed not measured aligned is 33" which is similar to the measurements on many websites

what kind of thread is this? lol
perfect fit is relative to the wearer, best way is to try it on and if its comfortable than buy it. if you cant try it on than measure a pair of jeans you like and match it with the sizing charts.

Does anyone use the warehouse laundry detergent? I was just wondering on the expiry date or anything like that. I've had mine for a about a year and half and only used it handful of times just wondering if the effectiveness would wear off eventually.
I guess if the jeans come out looking clean, it should still good right?

Nothing wrong with your opinions, but you should just leave it at that and move on.
We get it, you prefer other brands - okay - go post in their threads. You guys are literally recycling the same post "i don't hate it, i just don't prefer it" "aren't we entitled to our own opinion".
This is basically a cone appreciation thread - people are going to defend cone regardless. You guys are wasting your own time making this more of a freedom of speech thing than about denim which should be discussed somewhere else.

^If you are going to say that you don't find cone appealing because of the way it fades -in a cone thread, you should be ready to expect some negative feedback.
Don't get sensitive over a few negreps and defensive responses that are actually trying to explain something.

My raw '55 501xx's 34x32 from ENDclothing measure:
Waist: 35"
Front Rise: 13"
Back Rise: 17"
Thigh: ~13-13.25" depending on how you angle the measuring tape
Knee: 10" not sure if anyone even measures this part anymore.
Inseam: 31.5"
Leg opening: ~8.5-8.75"
Button code 4420 if that helps anything.
I also have a pair in the same size coming from Cultizm but I don't expect those to arrive for a a couple weeks, will report the specs on those when they do arrive. Which ever one has the bigger waist size will be my contest pair.
Kind of surprised by the leg opening, thought it would be a bit wider but it actually works better for me. Maybe it's wider on the longer inseams?
Update after cold wash and hang dry
Waist: 33"
Inseam: ~28.75"
Leg opening: 8"

back rise is low on the 711 but if you size up the leg might be too big.

woah 3" in the waist? that's alot

^2 inches in the waist and 2-3 in the length depending on how you wash and dry them.
I had a pair of "66 with the same button code and they shrank to about a 33 in the waist and 29.5 in the leg with a machine wash on cold. Pretty sure I'll get something very similar. I will probably wash them down on Sunday and I'll post the results here.

I can’t see anything from those pictures lol except that they look really skinny and high rise. Cut looks very uncomfortable tbh
