darkstar: the 634S'es are sanforised as well, or do you mean the 634 RAW ones?..

You ordered the o/w 009 model, Max?.. Either way: sizing down at least 1 size is most definitely advised for that model... Normally I'm not for sizing down at all, but that model stretches more than elephant pussy.

The IHSH-07 and 34 are probably the most kickarse workshirts known to man... Yes, they are westerns but trust me: they work great on the workfloor

It looks better now due to the taper. They were almost "baggy" before - thighs stretched immediately, so did the waist (but I always wear a belt). Thing is I've only worn these for about two weeks... I work in them so I'm sure the knees will stretch out and other areas as well... Guess we'll have to wait and see...

The 009s stretch like CRAZY. I had them tapered 0.75" and after about 10 wears it feels as if they've stretched even more... The only saving grace of these is the fabric, cause the cut and the rise (too low, especially bothersome when working in them) put me off... If the Iron Heart lightweight ducks come out I'll probably sell the PBJs...

Yes - these need quite a lot of length (and time) to settle completely... I wore them 6 months and only now will I have them hemmed (granted I already had them chopped a bit)...

swiss: I washed them once so far. Next wash, if nothing unexpected happens, isn't planned til after my 2nd stretch of wear. So April 2k13'ish...

Honestly: I can't wait to start wearing them again... I'm hoping to ship them out for repair early this week, and might wear them again in rotation with the PBJ if the weather allows it...

Yes the waist stretches about an inch after maybe 30 wears... Bulky?.. It's 25 oz. jeans so it won't feel like Nudies or Levi's but they do get comfortable after some wear and they soften up along the journey as well... All in all I must state that they are the best jeans I've ever worn, period. Last pics of me wearing them:

Looks great. PBJXX-009 one-wash model, true to size, tapered .75" throughout the leg... These'll be my main legwear (say 4-5 / week) for 5-6 months... I love 'm!..

In the last pic you can see my handywork... I stitched over the chainstitch to keep it from unravelling further.

Same jeans, and the reason why I had to give up on them for now. Sending them to be repaired to the Denim Doctor in the UK soon.
