From the outside looking in what FC done was petty but they are a business in an overcrowded and quite small market so it was understandable they didn't want someone else using part of there branding , but didn't anybody else think it actually a little lazy of TCB to use fullcounts arcs ?

One of your best fitting pairs mate

Iirc I had a 38 in the type 2 and it was a good snug fit but I was quite slim so I definitely wouldn't recommend a 38 if your normally a 42
( no idea if there sizing has changed though )

Nice whiskers @Flash and the waller fade is impressive. Must be full of wads of cash to get that effect

@Flash I would like to ask you for advice with size of Bridgeport Woodsman Vest, which you presented on page 104. I have all jackets (different brands) in size 42. Seiichiro send me measurements and the Vest in size 42 seems to me small in chest - 53 cm (106 cm). I think you are size 40 and you bought size 40. Please how is your experience with that size ? I would like to wear it not only in summer, but as layer also in winter on thin sweater, or sweatshirt.
Thanks
I'm in between a 38 and 40 in most brands and the vest does fit quite slim , I can wear it over a sweat or light jacket easily enough
Like Duke said , trust Seiichiro's measurements and if you think it looks small then it probably is

Maybe I'm easy pleased but the selvedge wouldn't bother me in the slightest , imo it adds the human touch , shows that it was actually made by hand and not on some mass producing hi tech production line

If I’m not wrong he only bought 10% of the jeans. He went 90/10 with another guy. Or at least that’s what I got from the auction video.
No idea on ratios mate , just know it was him and a vintage dealer

Zip Stevenson and a partner bought the jeans , since he owns Stevenson overalls I would assume @scooby is 100% correct on all his points .

For all the negative feelings I/we have towards Yoshiaki now I still think he makes the best s501xx repro , while all aspects are not 100% correct ( I'm thinking pattern cutting here ) I think the s409xxx San Francisco is still number 1 for me

Agree with the first part mate , if members here had seen the cars before manufacturing began I definitely think they would've been changed
