Old ones have the fixed button, newer ones have the spinning ones. So you got an old one from Context for some reason.is this good, bad, or does it not make a difference?

Im sure this has been asked somewhere already, but fuck if Im reading 473 pages to find out...
...I got a size 29 pair of NS from Context today. The top button has a curved, non-spinning face. I have 4 other pairs of APC jeans (size 30 or 31), and the top buttons are all flat, spinning buttons.
How come the button on my new pair doesnt spin? I always liked that. Is it a size <30 thing?

Do those authentics come with any other laces?
no. those are the laces they came with.

byCorpus slim fit raw jeans size 32. These have been worn, but never washed, never soaked. There is no fading or discernible wear yet, just behind-the-knee creases. The fit is very close to a size 31 or 32 APC NS - look at my measurements, they are almost spot-on with Context's New Standard measurements. These are for sale because the post-stretch fit ended being too big.
Retail was $98. My price is $40 shipped CONUS.
Waist: 17"
Inseam: 34"
Rise: 10"
Thigh: 11"
Knee: 8.5"
Leg Opening: 7 3/4"

I had this made for me by a member on another forum, but I just cant bring myself to give up my George Castanza wallet. I carry too many cards and random crap. This card holder seems like its made very very well, and since it is natural leather, it will darken and develop a patina and only get better with age. It fits 3 cards on each side, and a couple of cards and/or bills/receipts/whatever in the middle slot.
$50 shipped CONUS
Monies not included.

Both pairs were purchased from Context, and both sizes ended up being too big post-stretch.
Both pairs have about 2 weeks of total wear on them. They are still stiff, with no obvious signs of wear, just creases behind the knees and near the leg opening. Neither pair has been washed, soaked, hemmed, worn in the rain, worn in a bar, anything. I only wore these to work (business casual office). I live in a pet-free, smoke-free home. Whoever buys these will basically be getting a new pair of APC's that have already been through the painful 2 week break-in process.
Im sure everyone knows this, but in case you dont, these retail for $155 everywhere and APC doesnt let anyone discount them or put them on sale.
