  1. I picked up a black pair of voronois in size 30 from the mr porter sale that I don't plan on keeping. If anyone's interested, I would just charge $228.37 (price I paid) + paypal fees & shipping.

If I don't hear from anyone in a few days, I can ship them back for free.

  2. Tried on a few of the Veilance pants from this season, here are some thoughts...

Dyadic - best fit, liked the strong taper and stretch material. Didn't like the lack of back pockets or belt loops (it drives me crazy when pants don't have belt loops). Plus the material that lines the pants make it way too warm for weather around here. I feel like I'd be sweating in them as soon as I start moving around. Price point is also really high. Can't justify it at retail, especially when a lot of the detailing feel gimmicky over functional (mainly annoyed by the replacement of the belt loops with a button system).

Voronoi AR - like others have said, they just fit very awkwardly on me, maybe it's just this season. I also found them to be extremely restrictive on the top block and not comfortable enough to my liking. I'll have to look around for the terratex version and give those a try.

Apparant - fit well, but since I have shorter legs these "cropped" pants just looked normal on me. Top block was tight like with the Voronoi too, I'm worried if I size up then the rest of the fit would look off. It was too tight to even have my phone and wallet in my pockets comfortably.

Guess I'll have to keep looking. Need something slim, minimal, and with some stretch.

  3. Isoara 30% including recent FW17 release (code B4BF).

Picked up the Coaches jacket, looks perfect for bay area weather. Would of been nice to see it in something other than black though.

  4. I'm waiting to cop a retina pro. I mean, there are all kinds of crazy deals going on right now but

I'm just waiting for the early 2016 refresh. I feel like right now is literally a terrible time to cop.

retina pro is $300 off at BB right now, but i would still wait for second gen. There will likely be skylake announcements end of Q1 or sometime in Q2.

I think its hilarious that you guys are worried about macbook reliability. macbooks are far more reliable and better in built quality than the vast majority of other options out there.

  5. cargo fit. usually take a size 30, these are 32/medium.

    True waist 30 or hip?

I'm a 29 waist/31 hip, had the cargos in sz small and they were way too big. Don't know if I'll have a chance to size down to xs though

  6. those look nice, thanks. i was eyeing a veilance mionn blazer as an alternative but it was a little too pricy.

split between trying the norse or nanamica one, I think they would be enough warmth for bay area winter

  7. man i wanted to like isaora's insulated shirts but they are not made for people with slim midsections. p2p fits fine so I can't size down, but all the heat that the primaloft is suppose to capture escapes out from the bottom. ends up making my body feel this weird mixture of cold/hot esp if theres wind.

wondering if that y3 is cut any slimmer

  8. I definitely want to go bigger. SF is a medium sized city and doesn't really have enough to offer personally... people counter that argument by saying the bay area as a whole has a lot within driving distance (oakland, marin, napa, sj, etc) but those are just more small-medium cities.

Maybe I go povo status and just move to nyc or asia. I honestly think that I value my location > money, but I'm being a little bitch about making the move...

  9. can anyone explain to me how/where I can get a pair of free mercurial superfly htms on release? I only ever hear about them when they've hit b/s markets for 3x retail.

    also, how do they size?

  10. Fun for what it is. I think its deceiving to call it an FPS game... seeing how playing in 3rd person gives such a massive advantage. Using ADS puts you at a big disadvantage too -- twitchy arcade shooter describes it better.

There def needs to be some rebalancing though, if you're half decent at shooters this game is way too easy. Ammo clips + reload easy to abuse, health regen is fast, shields make you pretty much unkillable. At least one of those things needs a big nerf. I found myself with 40+ kills every game and single digit deaths. Ended the beta with a 2.5kda and 80% win rate
