I would actually recommend moisturizing, makes you skin produce less sebum. Sebum cloggs up your pores and gets infected. I use an oil free moisturizer. I used to have a really spotty and oily skin. I get break-out now and again, but hardly as brutal as before. I have a liniment with clindamycin when I do break out though.
