thanks man! on the up & up, i had them hemmed and slightly tapered @ denim dr's. they're one of my favorites again, unfortunately i don't think i can wear them as much as i'd like as they're really starting to show their age. got them back, immediately started wearing them a lot, the other knee promptly blew out and had to be repaired at a local place.

both pairs have been repaired at denim doctors, lvc's had massive crotch/backside repair as well as the knees & pocketbags. momo's had the knee and pocketbags repaired.

yes, they're both fresh out of the dryer. after this many years of wear it's not a huge deal to me anymore.

afaik, no one besides p&b are "supposed" to be selling eg/nepenthes stuff online, they just do.

Hey duck people.

I suck. been busy, slowly losing my mind with a lot of things the last couple of months. the duck will be sent off to his next destination shortly. got one last update to post before it's all said and done.

we'll see, at least a slightly thicker midsole would look better to me. the place i took them to was alright, but i have a feeling he just shaved off most of the red brick sole and slapped the vibrams on.

Nice choice on the 7124, but yeah I would get a neoprene wedge midsole put in there, definitely.

Still thinking about it, not too familiar w the resoling process though. would they be able to just add the midsole w out wrecking the soles to remove them?

Still have a set in black, was thinking of doing something similar to the pic you posted w a pair of black work shoes.

Sort of a new purchase, found the soles online and just got the shoes back from the shoe repair spot:

only thing i may have fixed is a thicker midsole. pretty happy with them over all though.
