  1. i did the most difficult core exercise i've ever tried tonight. dumbell pushups combined with one-arm rows while holding yourself up with the other arm and your core. wanted to die.

    weight of dumbbells? reps?

  2. was pleased with myself last night. haven't gone heavy in a month or two due to wrist injury but got 435 bench and 375 t-bar row, each for 5 reps. after upper/lower splits for the last month or so, i'm back to bi/tri, chest, back/traps and delt/leg splits.

    nice work kunk. you're even stronger than I expected

  3. I could use a bit of advice from the meatheads.

    My job requires me to go on the road for like 3 weeks at a time, and I don't really have access to a gym during these weeks.

    Can anyone recommend a routine for maintaining fitness while on the road? Can't really go for a run, sometimes I bring a jump rope with me for cardio, but I was thinking along the lines of push ups etc?

    fly or drive? take a kettlebell with you if possible.
