Yeah I know, I just translated it to US dollars for the sake of simplicity.

Actually I was in Taipei last summer to study Mandarin at Shi-Da. I'm not sure what rape prices you are talking about...for 2 months of intense learning(600-1000 characters, the class is called the intensive study class) and it only cost me something like 500-600$. But I had a place to stay so that makes it cheaper... Also the class I was in was for people who could speak but could not read or write that much. But I agree with azn8oi, unless you are going to dedicate at least a year, I'd recommend two, I don't think it's worth it to study there. Besides, if you can speak you are more or less fine in Taiwan, they are used to people who can't read that much. I'm looking at you TAS students.
But yo I'm gonna try to head out to Taipei this summer, SuFu meet up for drinks and chillin?

Meh...no one is really posting up as many pictures as I was hoping for...looks like it's up to iGit and me to bring back the tour.
Damn man, if I got an ostrich for good customer service I'd try everyday and fill my room with tiny stuffed ostriches.

I think this is pretty next level. Although I prefer Popeye's over KFC it's very creative, I must try one.
http://www.kfc.com/doubledown/ Even has an official countdown, HAHA.

I feel you man. I thought the rain was over after the like 3 months of rain we had up in NorCal over winter. But I guess it's true...April Showers bring May Flowers... I hope the rain doesn't last too long.

Did the ostrich come with the meal? Personally I prefer Popeyes...but I like homefried more, just so much work, and makes your entire pad smell forever.

I'm not sure what you are talking about man. There is a pretty decent taper from the knee down.

should be getting a pair this week or next!
Awesome.
Yes i'm waiting for BIG to restock those 011s! Panda, do you recommend sizing down 1 or just staying with my normal waist size for the 11s? These seem super tight but they do have potential to stretch out for that niiiiice slim slightly slouchy look.Honestly I got them in a really small size... They haven't really stretched that much anywhere besides the waist... You can refer to my previous posts, I got it in size 28...I have pre and post soak pics up, they did shrink a decent amount after the soak. But as for that look you are going for, I think you need to size down a lot, the top block is cut like DH 19cms. Actually it's almost exactly like the 19cm.
the only real fit pic I ever saw of the 011s were from panda. someone please post some, I promise not to crit or neg rep.Hahaha, ranonranonarat must not have liked my posts.

So I've only been wearing my xx-011s for about a week now and they've already started fading. Who else here is rocking the xx-011s? The fading looks like it'll be neato. Unfortunately they are so tight on me that I'm not getting any whiskers...oh well, maybe they'll stretch more.

Out of curiosity has anyone ever attempted to remove the back pocket leaf with a pocket knife or a seam ripper? Success?I've used a seam ripper on all my PBJ's. You should be able to totally remove the leaf no problem.
Why would you guys remove the leaf! I love the leaf. As you can probably tell, haha.

Fit. My friend took the pics and he wasn't used to my camera...the first one is a bit overexposed background wise but it best represents the real color of my jeans.
Front.
Normal front.
Side.
Back.
Bonus pic of the DBs with my friend's 3sixteens.
Looking forward to seeing the rest of your pics!

Well I'm up reading for my literature class right now(APRIL FOOLS, no but really I am... ) so I figured I'd take a break and post my jeans...I'm not sure how many pictures/details are needed...I might post two posts, sorry.
Used some Cane soap my friend gave me a while back
Hanging
Close up
Back
Back pocket
Detail shot of rep tab
Belt loop on the very back got wrecked
My poorly handsewn red tab
Patch was protected / worn down a bit by the belt
Some of the pics may be over exposed due to the brightness in SoCal over spring break...but I tried to keep the jeans not overexposed, it's mostly the white backgrounds. I'm gonna post up fit pics.

I have a point and shoot, but it just doesn't capture the right color of my jeans the way a dslr does.
Haha, don't worry about it bud. I took some pics over spring break of my jeans which I'll post tomorrow, and it was so sunny in SoCal that it was real hard to capture the true color of the denim.

I wash them all oldschool and shit. I sit there for like 20 minutes moving them around in hot(as hot as tap water gets anyway) and scrubbing them for the whole time then I rinse.
Gotta get that dirt out man.

If you can give me a rough idea of how much work is necessary I might have a few people in mind.

Collection of things I ate over spring break.
Savoy's Hainan Ji Fan. I'm sure some of you have had it. It's great.
Niu Rou Jiuan(?) Bing. It's basically beef wrapped in an onion pancake, with cilantro and sauce.
Some mediocre niu rou mian. Miss the good shit in Taiwan.
I LOVE breakfast. Eggs Benedict.
Blueberry Waffles with eggs and bacon. It doesn't look that good, but it tasted great.
My bro made some homemade strawberry cake. With semi-real(frozen) strawberries! No point using fresh ones in a cake... But it was bomb.
Bread.
Calamari.
And risotto with mussels.
Enjoy.

They do do mail in repairs. I believe all you need to do is pay postage.
