Most of the FP garments you can buy here in Italy are made by a little atelier near Biella or by a tailor from Salerno. They both have a seriously good quality, comparable with the MIE ones. I've never seen MIP, tho.

i can only say: contact them before you place the order, if you're about paying with a non-us credit card. i didn't, and had lot of troubles. they were very kind and refund me completely, still i had my money locked and unavailable for two weeks.
