One of the better porters i've had

^^ I went to Saint Arnolds last time I was in Houston, but I don't remember trying that one. Their beer is pretty good, their lighter stuff the kind of beer you can drink all day while you're grilling out.

Ate at Duck Fat in Portland ME. Cool little place, alcohol prices are a little high, food isnt priced too bad.

Beef tongue reuben and their signature duck fat fries with thai chili mayo.

Best fries I've ever had. Probably going back later for their poutine.

I'm drinking free Corona at the hotel. Ashamed of myself.

Well turns out that work had us relocate to Bakersfield instead of Napa Valley. Went to Sequoia National Park one day and sampled some beers at Kern River Brewing Co. Decent stuff. Their stout was really impressive. Ipa was just a touch off. Their amber was nothing special (like most ambers). Didn't get a chance to try Lengthwise rRewery in Bakersfield even though I was there for a week.

Haven't been on here in awhile. What up guys

Looks like I'll be in Napa Valley this week for work. Russian River will be top of my list. Any other brewerys I should check out?

I was really impressed. Lots of coffee flavors.

It was a citrus flavor. Tasted like an orange roll. Good stuff

It was cherry and delicious.

Really wasn't impressed with the Stone Ruination or their regular IPA.

Got a job in Feb doing aerial mapping for a company based in the Midwest. Been enjoying that so far. Looking to move on to a regional airline sometime in August.

Chimala jeans. Been wearing them pretty steadily since Jan 2010. These things are tough to fade, but they are finally giving up some indigo. I think I'll like the end product. Have had no button, rivet, or crotch blow out issues. These things are build pretty tough.

I figured they will be worth the long wait, because you don't really see hardly any faded Chimalas around.

Had Stone Ruination IPA last night. It was alright. Really wasn't as hoppy as I was expecting.
