  1. Imperial denim sucks... IMO.

Look back at most of the evo pics... they seem so flat and... boring.

i have to respectfully disagree with you on the imperials. while they do take a longer, harder wear to break in they turn out some spectacular fades.

    likes these:

You've seen these already a month ago, but I decided to wash them so here they are before:

    And after.

I preferred them before the wash, so I'm gonna pound on them for another few months to get that filthiness back.

  2. Jesus - that's the perfect fit

i agree, conifurious, those looklike the perfect fit for slim straight jeans. im starting to think the 005s are the perfect slim straight. whats your measurements for reference and size in PBJs?

  3. does anyone know of any nudie jeans stockists online that will deliver to the UK? i need some thin finns in a 29/32.

cultizm would be the best bet, selfedge will ship to UK-unfortunately they have most cutsx except TF (but shipping should be free if you want GT or ESt cuts instead), revolve clothing should (free shipping inside the US, dont know about to the UK), context clothing. although none of these work if you are looking for a retailer inside the UK.

  4. been looking for a sz M MF chambray ever since i found out the line came out (i missed it at SE), now ive finally found a sz L for sale but wonder what the shrinkage will be if any? i'm a 42 and its listed at 44, will this shrink at all?

thanks for any help in advance

  5. well here goes, finally. Samurai s526XXII

originally wondering where these came from. but guess i got it figured

40oz after seeing your fit pic's im sold, these are my next pair. fit looks spot on, cant wait to see the evo

edit: thanks dick D (actually 11 pages back....), and because of this wonderful gent below., red is so damn helpful, especially right as one is about to edit their post.... honestly, give someone more than 30 sec.

  6. are the measurements on self-edge regarding the F380 correct? as in, a size 31 has a slightly smaller thigh than a size 31 F310? also, what vans is ayn wearing?! that colorway is excellent! bet they're some vans vault shit $100 fuck ahhhhhh

Here is my experience: i tried sz 31 310's and could barely get them on, tried on a sz 32 pair of 310's and it looked like it was painted on my thigh pre-soak, and have a pair of 380's in sz 31 that are slim around the thigh, but not painful (were loose on thigh pre-soak)

  7. if they don't fit presoak then don't bother soaking them at all. sell 'em and get a new size. matter of fact, if the waist fits perfect presoak, size up 2

waist is a little loose pre soak(proboably and extra 0.75" to 1" ), fits great below the knee, just a bit tight in the thigh. maybe i just cant do the slim straight will just never work with ly legs...jeans

thanks, guess i better send these back

  8. any thoughts from the wise minds experienced in FH denim on stretch in the thigh area of F310s would help. just got a pair on, and in an attempt to have a straight fit w/ larger thighs sized up to 32 ( wear sz 31 in 634s, straight svens, KMWs). thigh is tight pre soak and im worried these will be unwearable after a hot soak. fits perfect except the thigh area. how much will they stretch, more than pre soak measurement??

  9. everything Boris, to get pumped for their show tonite

    *eek*

damn good to hear i'm not the SFerer that listens to obscure japanese metal bands. (Thats going to be a great show, torche is a good opening band if they are playing with them at your location. I cant wait to see them on them 29th down here

for Meat: i bet walking down most streets you could poll 100 random people and maybe get 1 at most who had ever heard of Boris, to the general populus i think they are obscure. where and when have they got a second of radio play?

for snicker: well.. the real joy of good music is that it is still good even if for some unbeknownst reason it begins to appeals to the masses and it is still good music even if a few wankers wont buy it "because it popular now....and its sooo trendy"

  10. "I'm 6'4'' 190 pounds, 31ish waist. ... For my next pair I want something more of a relaxed fit, higher rise, bordering on baggy fit. ..... I need something with a 36ish inseam and a bit roomier, ..... Anything along the baggier fit without being too baggy, highish rise suggestions for me with a long ass inseam?"

imperial kings have a great fit, relatively straight leg w/room, but not too baggy. 37" inseam, good overall construction, although it is definately not 5000vx denim.

Ironheart 634s are also great straight leg jeans w/ room in the legs, i love the pair im wearing, but rise might be lower than you are looking for, and inseam is just over 34".

sams definately have some great roomier cuts though, and so very nice denim

  11. Why? You think they are to tight?

just as a rule of thumb, at least from my experience trying on 5010s, and what i have read on this thread is that you buy skull jeans true to waist size (ie. tagged = waist)

look about the same build as me, and i would think the 5507s would be a better fit
