This pair of 220 Carmel jeans is really stunning.

I'm not usually a fast fader but these are coming in brilliantly.

yeah all the time unfortunately.  I usually break out the iron and iron both sides with lots of steam.  seems to work ok but never fully gets rid of it. 

That MF jean looks great.  Is the stitching a pure cotton thread on that jean?

Has anyone noticed how their rear pockets where they fold over (interior of the pocket bottom) aren't cut very close to the stitching?  

I've only noticed this on one other pair.. a $35 pair of 501s.  In my opinion this is an overlooked detail most other brands do well.  For whatever reason my pair is missing that close cut.  

The consequence of course is that this extra material fades through.

Has anyone worn that Ironheart silver moto chain bracelet? Does it pull on arm hair as such that it pinches?

I was in China recently and tried to get some Red Cloud but it was harder than I would have thought.  I know of the Taobao site but shipping would have taken too long.  I did get Raymon's wechat though so I am going to try and order some now that I'm back in the states but I will have to figure out the fit.

Bought May 2015. Worn 90% of the time since then. 6-8 washes. Love the rise on these jeans (12 front 17 rear on a 33" measured waist)! Only wish the thigh was tiny bit smaller and the rear pocket rivets were in the right place and nippleless!!!

beautiful pair. the way the light bounces off it gives them so much depth even if they aren't really fading

high contrast fades are still grail to me because I've never gotten a pair to that state.  my jeans always get dirty and I have to wash them...

only regret I have is a pair of RRL that I got away with washing twice in 18months and didn't really pop. They look cool, but I should have washed those more.

What is the sizing advice you have on the John Lofgren Self Edge sneakers?  I am a 10.5 in chuck taylor, 11 in shoes like pottery and 11b in dress shoes like alden barrie last. (narrow foot)  Is 11 the right size? The sizing advice on the web page is not making a lot of sense to me as I'm a true 12.5 in Nike and New Balance..

What about the monitaly diagonal zipper jacket? I thought it would be gone by now at 130.. Is it just too puffy?   

yeah i thought about that a while back. bounty hunter is too bulky for my taste. also the fit was unclear. the d width was too wide but i couldn’t try another. i had a pair in my hands and decided to return them.  thinking about getting the John Lofgren rough out  instead. haven’t tried them yet.
