just bought a pair of 811s. size 32 raw. had them hemmed to 36 inches so they should have an inseam of around 33 inches post soak.

Yes, we will be getting in the XX-011 so I can let you know when those arrive.

Shortly after that we'll also be debuting the XX-013 store collaboration

model which the XX-011 cut is based on. It's essentially the XX-005 with a

more tapered leg. The XX-011 is using a left hand twill denim with a grey

weft while the XX-013 will use the same indigo denim used for the XX-005.

Same cuts just different denims.

the only thing i can't get behind with these jeans is the weird coin pocket

those pictures are the first time i've had them on since soaking them tuesday. after all of you agreeing that they do look a little weird on me i plan on ditching them soon. i'll try to hold out for this new cut on big.

i've had this pair of 005s since march of last year. in the past few months i've lost a lot of weight and they barely stay on me anymore even straight out of a soak. i'm trying to justify buying a new pair of jeans because i don't think these look good on me anymore. what do you guys think?

They've loosened up over the month I've had them.

thighs are too big. soak them.

my 005s stretched an insane amount. my true waist is 35, i bought 33s, but i could probably fit into a pair of 32s.

we've paused production on Academi for the time being and focusing more on Good Society. we've been through hell and back with Academis...back burner at this point.

dont even get me started on the stacks and stacks and stacks of Academis left in our warehouse...im thinking about burning all of it to keep warm during the winter.

what's on the agenda for good society?

this thing is thick and heavy... I think I could use it as a tow rope if my car breaks down.

I went into one to ask about Academi, and they told me it was on-line only... perhaps because of the completely blank look on the people's faces, which told me they had no idea what the hell I was talking about.

the UO around here carries them. or they did. maybe they weren't selling well so they made them online only. i don't think the type of person who goes into UO looking for a new pair of jeans is going to even bat an eye at academi or good society.

the indigo on my pair was so loose, my thighs were turning blue the first few weeks.
