    Tried both of those by comparing posts/reps with guys that just posted a few posts before me and came to the conclusion that neither are correct.

    The asian in my is not liking not knowing how things that have to do with numbers work. HALP.

    It works if you have a problem about overeating throughout the day. It helps you structure your diet, as with any "timed" diet.

    But in my opinion, it doesn't do anything for compartmentalizing time frames throughout the day for muscle gain and fat loss.

    I've done every sort of timed diet there is, and have come to the conclusion that the only things that are important are total calories and macros throughout the week.

    It's a huge waste of energy circlejerking other crossfitters talking about "functional" strength.

    Most of the people that do it, just want to look good and be able to lift an "okay" amount of weight. In that case, eat right and lift weights. No need to do cardio-intensive circuits unless you're trying to increase your cardio because you fight or compete in a cardio-intensive sport.

    It's funny because most crossfitters look very unimpressive and are weak because they do all those circuits.
