  1. Echo, well it helps that 53 comes in 200ml. but yeah, a little goes a long way. I am obsessed with it. Thinking of getting 3 which also works well on me and fuck, that also smells so good.

APOM hmmm i think its a bit too strong for me, at least on my skin. Thing is, its really strong, you can smell it at the end of the day.

Kind of perfume that makes itself known its there

Very sweet smelling with something very earthy. Almost like rice and herbs cooking.

It's okay i suppose just not my style. Definitely better than the lumiere. His scents are on the 'heavier' side. it almost feels like youre inhaling syrupy air.

  2. Looking for a fragrance. Never really been into fragrances before but i would like to know your recommendations.

    Looking for an everyday scent.

Well, I'm young, so i want to smell young but not like i go to prep school or something. I want something light, fresh, laidback, relaxed, happy etc etc. but still has this mysterious intensity to it. Jeez what am I talking about. I'm sure you guys have something in mind. oh, and it's better if it's affordable. Thanks you guys

    *EDIT*

Oh my jeezus. So i went to the store today and tried on different things. CDG Odeur 53. Iinitially i didnt like the smell on the paper thing but jeez, when i put it on my skin. Magic. I am in love. It smells like nothing else. So interesting and mysterious. I just can't pin it down. Just what im looking for. Waay out of my budget but well worth it. Makes me smile everytime i sniff.

  3. TBH i was just looking at the collection again, and i must say, the luxe slouchy sleek look KVA is doing is on point. It just looks like.

I must agree, hedi era was amazing. it was his moment. but what i like about kva is, once he stepped into DH he just went with his own thing. I'm slowly getting over the hedi residue which i would admit has clouded my perception of KVA's stuff before

  4. Wow, all you guys hate the pants? I actually loved them, I wouldn't want them to be a new standard but they'd make a nice alternative on odd days.

I quite enjoyed this collection. While I did appreciate last F/W and the next one, this is the first of the "new raf" collections that has actually got me saving.

The pants are interesting. Though not my cup of tea, i just can't see them working in the 'real' world. Hello? wear that out? unless you wear 5 inch platform heels sure. It works for women. I think the volume/proportion pant thing is for runway.

I dunno with Raf. He's starting to tarnish a little. I loved him a few years back. For me his decline started the seasons after the strappy, tech mountain climber, de stil geometric collection with them crazy sandals and great collab eastpak bags.

  5. Oh my god. I wish i can afford Givenchy. very good stuff.

Looking at this collection after a few weeks, i must say, i like it. The cuts, the proportion, the edginess of it all. The same is true with Tisci's previous collections. There's just some attitude in his clothes that some designers, even if they try to go all grungy or desertmonkshit just cant achieve.

  6. I think the most interesting bits of this collection are the zippers and those hanging zipper handles with interesting fabric.

I also like the coats and the shirts with the type etc. the usual stuff. Geometry.

I am not feeling the pants tho. I know they're supposed to be an experiement with volume and proportion and all that, but my brain (and taste) just couldn't get it.

    This.

As for teh Vneck. I'd go for white. but just personal preference. Judging on the model pic it does look a bit sheer and beware if you're too blessed with nipples. Not a good accessory. unless its the look you're going for.
