  1. Just went on a great fucking 4 mile. Jesus that was awesome.

    Good stuff man. Cardio definitely helps you get lean, especially when you pair it with a good diet and weight training. I run at like 12:30-1:00am because it's great just running in the night when not much else is going on. I'm also pretty tired after, so I hop in the shower then hit the sack; running is great for people with insomnia, lol.

  2. I run 5k almost every night.

    Tips:

    - Drink tons of water throughout the day

    - Don't eat anything 45 minutes to an hour before running, you run the risk of getting stomach cramps

    - Make sure you eat healthy, you need to replenish yourself after burning all those calories

    - Wear good shoes because you can get ankle or knee injuries

    - Stretch

    - Run more often

    - Stop fucking smoking.

  3. I usually throw like 20-25 minutes on the elliptical after working out, and then do like 40 minutes or so on an off day. If you're doing steady state cardio, you can do it whenever. If you're going to do HIIT, do it on an off day.

  4. Yeah, I agree. Depending on your weight and your goals, you want to generally be quite a bit heavier before you start your cut. Seeing as how summer is ending, now is the best time to start/continue bulking. To cut, try to continue doing your current routine but basically eat less and do more cardio.

  5. You don't need money to get milfs man. They are the ones with the money. They are looking for a young, good looking guy that can fuck their brains out. My friend used to only date cougars. He said they would take bubbles baths and drink wine together and shit. He would fuck her, get some breakfast in bed, then bounce. That's all she was looking for. 40 year old women that go for 20 year old dudes aren't looking for a soul mate, they are looking for a good fuck.

    I'm doing the p90x ab ripper.

    Ab ripper x is awesome. Never do it after working out your legs/running though, otherwise your legs will probably die before you get a chance to finish the ab routine, lol.

  7. Things are going great. Going to finish the summer off with a cut, so I will take some pics soon. After that I plan to do a slow, clean bulk over the winter. My overall goal is to get around 160 pounds at roughly 9% bodyfat, and after I'm done school this coming year I'm joining an MMA gym to learn some Muay Thai and BJJ :)

  8. That's all cardio, and as long as your diet is in check the fat should melt off. Swimming is a great cardiovascular exercise because of the water resistance and the fact that you're using your entire body.

    If you currently have a decent amount of muscle from your previous training, having a good diet and doing cardio will melt the fat and reveal the muscle underneath.
