  2. hi guys in need of some advice..

    what happens if the seller from japan (in this case yahoo) disappears and does not ship out the item? it has been 2 weeks, and i know this is not SSJ's fault at all, but just wondering what usually happens? anything i can do other than keep waiting?

    Dont worry firstly about your money as always you will be refuneded if there is a very bad problem with seller just sometimes there can be a delay with seller.

  4. Again its strange you dont seem to acknowledge that tracking for your jeans which was sent to you on the 26th August and emailed as per normal and for reference according to USPS will be delivered to you today.

    This is just unbelieveable.

    You are refunded the item that was sold out and emailed the tracking details as per normal on the 25th August and can even see that your item is delivered to you.

    You even changed your item which we of course changed even though stores dont usually accept change of size so you got your desired smaller sized item.

    Just disappointing.

  6. Nearly a month after I made my purchase and I still don't have the item. It's been stuck in customs for the last 6 days at JFK. Real fuckin cool.

    Having seen your problem here, I would suggest that in future you correspond with us directly!

    As you were out of the US on vacation as you stated to us via email, then that is fine, absolutely no problem, but you were invoiced on the 12th and we had no payment until the 20th.

    Your package was sent the following day, being the 21st and as such US customs holding your goods is out of our control!

    In future, please get in contact with ourselves and we can chase these things for you my friend!

  9. Poor services, failed to update bid on auction after their "working hours". So if you have stuff that operates after their "working hours", save yourself an opportunity and find someone else.

    Next point, after a bid has been lost, they did not even bother to contact you or express interest of refunding your deposit until you have requested it.

    To my knowledge and experience, they don't do real-time monitoring (at least after their working hours).

    This is just rude your bid was lost due to someone bidding higher. Its not even point to continue this correspondance. Secondly to be clear you are fully refunded within 12hours. This is just really disappointing be cautious dealing with this person.

    Just to introduce myself, I am Tom and I will now be dealing with queries and logistics out of London, because even the amazing Nobu, Kyohei and Hide-san and rest of our team in Japan have to sleep sometimes!

    All Singapore packages are delayed because the government of Singapore is checking all packages regardless of contents coming from Japan.

    It is nothing to be worried just instead of the very quick service from Singapore it means there will be delays in some cases up to 4-7 days.

  12. Still haven't received my refund yet, despite of emailing sharpservice almost every other day for more than a week now.

    Always get the same excuse that Nobu san is checking with Hide san and it has been a week. Are they really that busy? If they are, they should consider better service to customers instead of accepting orders but then doesn't handle them properly.

    Yesterday I got another reply:

    Japanese bank is off weekend so we can't see.

    Please understand.

    Which is kind of weird, since paypal is 24/7, and all they gotta do is refund me.

    And today, I got another excuse:

    Our accounts office is currently down due to the the current destruction and earthquakes in Northern Japan region once they are able to do this you will receive your refund* Sincerely

    And when I asked if they still are accepting payments, this is the reply:

    accept only young man our accounts team process refunds*

    This is seriously disappointing, especially since I've been a customer for a couple of years already. This will be the the last time I'll use his services again.

    I am sorry ^ but you have been refunded in full earlier this afternoon after our accounts team refunded you this very much disappointing. Especailly after you actually recieve the goods already aswell already in your country.

    Its clear some people cannot understand things this is very disappointing .

  13. Thank you for everyones kindness but we are ok just getting tremor here in Fukuoka but North Japan and Fukushima is dangerous we are worry there :(

    We have been told today because of the real damage and power of earthquakes in North that Domestic (internal) shipments are going to be delayed for a few days please understand this.
