the heat tech shirts from uniqlo are at a nice price point, and fit around the chest well, but the sleeves aren't form fitting like the rest of the shirt.

I definitely would rather be left alone. A greeting when I come in the store is great, but I absolutely hate when employees follow you around and stand over your shoulder. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I'm trying to look at a certain piece. Often times I feel that people do this just because their manager is watching them and they feel they have to look like they are really trying to be helpful.
