  1. I go sissy style and use the EZ bar to do deal lifts though. Wrists never give out and feels better on my currently dodgy left wrist. Don't know wtf I did to my left wrist, not sure if it was gym related or I just fapped too hard.

  2. Just finished sheiko 29 and 37 (doing only lower body work within the program) and going to start cutting while doing whatever is the next sequence. I want to get into human anatomy doll mode in a few months and also want to be able to do three plate squats for reps.

    This is me the morning after lunar new year feast/binge with the family, just woke up and relaxed/stomach bulge thanks to binge and bloat. Wish I had gotten drunk, I would've looked more dry lol

    Somewhere between 72kg and 75kg and about 167cm. No specific bulking or cutting goals for past few weeks, just spinning my wheels diet wise.

    Yep, stubborn as a mule. I refuse to use gloves, straps, belt or even do over/underhand grip. Hell, the only thing I bring to the gym is a towel and deodorant spray (just drink from the fountain).

    Anyone know a reliable program to increase pull ups? I can get low twenties now (number will go up soon as I'm cutting anyway).

  3. To the person who wanted to get more pull ups in. Odd how no one suggested this but train your forearm and wrist (part of training forearms) if you are not already? Pull ups aren't all lats. Don't just dangle there imagining your lats flexing or something lol get a barbell behind your back and do some wrist curls, do some reverse grip barbell curls and hammer curls and you only need to dedicate <10mins to this once or twice a week.

    then adjust your calories accordingly as your body responds and if you're carb manipulating don't confuse muscle and fat loss with initial glycogen depletion and less water retention (next to impossible to lose ~3kg of fat and/or muscle in three days or so).

    lean meats are probably more helpful to overall cut than bcaa's as they keep your appetite satisfied while still providing u with protein but of course bcaa's will at the very least do nothing as whatever the dosage recommended is really not much (10 grams or whatever which is like 40 calories) so go for it if i say.

    i od the hell on bcaas (about 50 grams with some sugary drink that tastes nice) during workout and don't take a protein shake (i take one before i work out) after my workout but instead go home to something like eggs, bacon and veggies but that's just me.

    @ Frankie: I think you’ll look great if you put some lean mass on and broaden your upper a bit (of course even up whole body proportions by working legs too) but good luck with whatever your goals are.

    In the gym I’m like opposite of Frank Yang. I’m in my own anti social, secluded world. Train by myself, never talk to anyone or even ask to use equipment when other people are using it, I just wait without making it obvious or go to something else. One time I accidentally caught eye contact with a girl and she said hi and smiled but I was too focused else where and just looked to the ground and walked off.

    i got some pretty freaky (for your average person) delt separation/striations pumped pics if you guys want to see, don't want to post them up straight away because i feel a bit like an attention whore now. Anyway, it's amazing the type of progress you can make when you're more informed about nutrition and training methods complementing the nutrition.

  6. I.F is great when busy and very convenient to track calories and macros but it's weird having lunch with people, "so what are you getting?" "errr some water and a diet coke maybe"

    Which category are you in robgotsastaplerr for PSMF? I only tracked it with pics because it was a super short term diet for people in category 1. Also I suggest maybe look at the mirror and your performance in the gym in regards to progress instead of looking at the scales especially if you're doing some body recomposition type of regime.

  7. Anyone read Lyle McDonald's books? Just tried out his PSMF diet and couldn't complete it. Fifth day drained the hell out of me and everyone said I looked sick and discoloured.

    Here's what I pulled off with it. Had my carb refeed on the 6th day (supposed to be around 12 days). Pics are just in mornings after a little breakfast, no pump but tensing of course lol and the after pic was on the 7th day which is the morning after my carb refeed (had about 700grams of carbs the day before, so I should have accumulated back some original glycogen and water)

    Frank Yang's a nice guy, I've had a few convos with him over fb and he keeps inviting me to party with him in taiwan.

    Any other experimental dieters on sufu with experiences on unorthodox diets?

  8. dj are the pull ups and inverted rows weighted?

    anyone here use a weighted vest as all?

    and i never understood the use of chains until i read an article on critical bench...gonna have to try it onw....

    Only started doing weighted pull ups at the end of last year but was playing around yesterday to see how much I could max out and got 3 reps with 20kg. I love weighted pull ups and dips and I just stash a dumbbell between my legs instead of using a vest or belt.

  9. From what it sounds like you should keep on going with keto since you say it's easy to maintain and you feel good on it and you just want to get lean. In your query, why would you think it'd be unwise to get back into keto?

  10. I take animal pak. Definitely not cheap and I can't really vouch for it but bought it in bulk and the cost factor doesn't bother me. Couldn't notice a change besides urine got a lot more yellow after taking it.

    Also I did the warrior + keto diet during exam season and the energy, convenience, concentration for my studies was great. Ate absolutely nothing during the day besides multivitamin and an oxyelite pill then come night time had like 9 whole eggs, double quarter pounder with no bun and a protein shake. No hunger or cravings for anything at all. I'd say oxyelite has noticeable effects and animal pak not much so, it's more for peace of mind for me that I'm getting the vitamins I need (as well as what I don't need probably).

    edit: when I said oxyelite had noticeable effects, it's not like 3kg of fat dropped off in a week but after taking it I get an energy rush and feel focused. My dosage was two pills at once in the morning though.
