Yeah, it is too bad (for us) that the flat head shirts don't come in long/tall variations. I am about six three and really like the shirts, but the sleeves are just a little too short.

I have to second what aziz said. Both items are excellent quality, and pretty much anyone who has them would agree.

Yeah, they will stretch. Don't rush it though.

I got really worried when I tried mine on after letting them dry for a while and saw that I was about two inches away from buttoning them. I stretched them as hard as I could right then until I could get them on. I ended up getting a couple weird-ish stretch lines which I still have. Not a big deal, but I read that they will end up stretching back to where they were over a week of normal wear.

Yeah, the way I heard it is that even though you are paying, you are not paying the right people so it is illegal.

If you want to be super safe just buy the CDs. It's expensive, but that's how things are these days it seems.

Oh, yeah, this is a good idea. Just soaking the waist did not occur to me, and it should work.

The Message at the Depth by DJ Krush. Only some of the songs are good, but I love the art. Really nice, detailed textures.

Even if you soak longer, the waist will still stretch out later.

Mine went from barely being able to get them on in the store, to post-soak two or more inches too small, to being able to easily tuck in a shirt after a month of wear.

If you like the shirt more than the pants though, you could just wash your jeans until they don't bleed..

How high/low are the shoes? Most running shoe type stores carry super low, thin socks which can hid in most medium-high shoes.

What are the US Uniqlo stores like? How has the company changed over the past four or five years? I have seen people carrying bags here, but never been in one.

I remember being in Japan a couple times and buying cheap stuff at Uniqlo when I ran out of clean clothes. Definitely had some legit stuff, but I wasn't super impressed with the styles though. The nicest thing I remember is that all the clothes (duh) have more of an asian-body fit.

You probably thought of this, but Legion of Honor could be a fully dramatic backdrop for any photo. I always go in the morning and the entire place is empty.

Finally decided to give my baby a wash.

Flat Head 3003's, worn 3-4 months (who the fuck counts the days, anyway?), hot washed at the laundromat.

Nice, those look real good. Which photo would you say gives the most accurate representation of the 'after' color? That indigo in the second to last photo, for example, looks too good to be true.

What were the biggest differences after machine washing them? Did they shrink noticibly, get significantly softer or anything?

I have only worn mine for a couple months and have been careful with them, so I think I could easily go until December before washing. Still curious though.
