  1. They wouldn't be paying him $14.5M in his final year, though. With the tax hit, they'd be paying more like $30M, and that's in addition to the taxes they'd be paying (likely a repeater tax, too). I like Lin, but I can see why they'd be weary of him coming off surgery and having played solid basketball for just a few months. Of course it's weird that the Knicks would be worried about money given the salaries they'd handed out in the past in the Marbury/Randolph years.

That being said, I don't understand why they'd give Felton that much money.

  2. i got a good spot just north of bloor on ossington, locked into a lease so shit is cheap, two roommates but they're buds so i dont care. was thinking about moving in the fall but honestly would rather not risk not finding a place. it's all luck, you gotta snap shit up quick if you find it.

  3. technically coming full circle for camby would mean coming back to toronto so he can complain and get hurt and ultimately be traded for someone more useful but it'll be cool to see him back in new york, too

  4. dwight howard is such scum. went from playful, aloof kid to gigantic immature baby pretty quickly when he realized he wasn't getting his way. then the guy puts on a charade, pretends like he's loyal, fucks himself over in the process because he's too stupid to understand how contracts work and now he's stuck. i'd say i hope he rots in orlando but that's not fair to them. what a piece of garbage.

$125 to anyone in the US, but Canadians can have 'em for $115. Barely worn Patrik Ervell Winter Jeans from FW09 in a brushed cotton. Colour is somewhere between beige and grey. Great fit but Ervell's pants have silk-lined waistbands, which means they're less than friendly with weight gain. The waist is almost exactly 30" and not only is the waistband lined with silk, but the top button is a snap, so if you're too fat (like me) it'll just pop open when you wear them.

Colour is the most accurate in the one of the back pocket. Don't hesitate to make me an offer. I know my pictures suck, but I assure you these are wicked pants. I'd wear 'em if they still fit. Here's how they looked when they did.

  6. none of the spurs starters can really guard durant. leonard is 6'7'' and green is 6'6''. that's the only real weakness i see. i guess they can double and make durant pass it. it's gonna be a damn good series.

Leonard doesn't have the height, but he has the length, athleticism and smarts to make up for it.

  7. Spurs have been on an unreal run. Two losses in their last 31 games, and they've won 18 straight. Lebron is the best player on the planet, and it isn't even close, but there's no one around him and we've seen how that works against the Spurs already.

  8. from EPSN

Kobe Bryant is 0-for-7 on game-tying and go-ahead shots in the final 10 seconds of playoff games since 2006-07... his teammates are 4-for-7

So much for being clutch, eh?

  9. watching the slow-mo replays of baron's knee pop out was awful though... worse than looking at amare's cactus hand. poor guy's probably done.

yea, partially torn patella, torn acl and mcl i think. out 12 months, so he's basically done. at his best i love baron but he doesn't have it in him to come back from this

  10. Lin shouldn't come back, though. That's likely the only win they're going to get, and he's already had a setback in his recovery. Why risk it? I mean, yes, Bibby is useless, but let's be realistic.
