Well, at this point I have nothing to lose. I'm a law student with a focus in intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, brand development and protection) and am looking for an internship in the legal department of a brand with corporate offices in NYC or North Jersey. Although fashion is preferable, any industry would work as long as intellectual property plays a big role in the day-to-day operations of legal department.
If you can help in any way, even with some leads, contacts, etc., I would be in your debt. Life's tough when you have to reach out to random strangers on the internet for career help.
Thanks.

damn, does the baseball varsity really suck that bad?
I checked it out today and I thought it was very nice and the quality was better than I expected. The price just can't be justified imo.

Flathead Made To Measure Denim Suit
I think Kiya may have been the only person to ever pull of a denim suit imo

Thanks for the kind words.
I stopped by APC earlier and they have a relatively nice suit there, but it felt a bit crappy for the asking price. I also stopped by Hugo Boss and found exactly what I was looking for but it was $1145. I definitely want to keep it black because stripes, as ready mentioned, might look too stuffy.
And trust me, while I would LOVE to have a MTM suit from TaT, the wedding is April 24th and I don't want to risk getting into a sizing situation.
I also might just suck it up and get a 3 piece suit from Jcrew. I thought about it and if my wife to be didn't spend a ton of money on her dress and it (apparently since I have yet to see it) looks great then there is no need for me to rely on brand. If the suit fits, wear it.
Thanks for the suggestions though guys.

Thanks for the responses so far. Trust me, ive heavily considered a tux but considering the tone of the wedding and the size, we want it as "casual" as possible, yet elegant. I think a good 3 piece suit would work, just not sure where to look.

I'm getting married in April and since it's a smaller wedding, I decided do a suit instead of a tux. I'm 5'7 and average weight and am looking for something slim, but wedding appropriate. In addition, I would want to wear the suit to interviews and other events after the wedding. I would also like to keep it under $800 is possible. Any suggestions?
I was thinking A.P.C. but im not really familiar with the quality of their suits. Hugo Boss also has sample sales every so often and good suits, but I don't think they have anything slim at these sales. I was also considering JCrew but would feel a bit weird wearing a suit from them to my wedding.
Thanks in advance.

I wish their work pants/chinos were a bit slimmer. I have chicken legs and just can't seem to pull the baggier look off.

Bought the peacoat and thats it. Looks pretty basic, I just hope the quality is all there.
Was disappointed, the webstore wasn't the usual clusterfuck of fun and having my items changed in the cart.
Tried it on in store, the quality was nice. Does not seem like it will pill up. The corduroy lining on the inside of the pockets is also a very nice though. My only issues are weather this is the right peacoat for me when I can get a Jcrew one with thinsulate for $275 (although im not sure how it would fit) and the fact that this one was a bit fitted and I wouldnt be sure whether to go with my true size or to size up.

Before I soak my skulls, should I expect my tub to turn blue? Is it easy to clean up afterwards? I currently rent and wouldnt want to be charged for turning the tub blue once my lease is up. Maybe ill just take them over to a friends tub.

Nice! That biergaarten is 4 blocks away from me. I cant wait to hit it up and get my sausage on.

Seems like my questions was bypassed, but would a hot soak help the jeans, at least temporarily, regain their original shape? Ive had a pair for about 6 months and even though I sized down 1, they are getting a bit baggy for my liking.

So soaking them in hot water won't get the original shape back?

I came upon an offer from Context Clothing which takes off $100 from a $300 purchase. If anyone is in the market for a pair of jeans, or anything else, let me know and maybe we can set something up that would be mutually beneficial. I'm in the market for a pair of PS, which normally go for $175 but could be purchased for $125 using this offer.
