  1. 7/01/2013: In light of the holidays and travel, I'm offering both jackets at $350 shipped from today (7/01) through the end of the 4th (7/04). Won't get a better deal!

Hey guys, its been a long time since I've posted on SUFU, but after a few years of not being able to fit into my holy grail Rick Owens 2-tone leather jacket, I've decided to let it go at a low price for somebody who will appreciate it as much as I did. Anyways, the jacket is a size medium, but fits more like a small.

The jacket is in good condition overall, but does have a few small signs of wear-and-tear. The main areas are..

    1) Some yellowing on the cuffs at the end of the sleeves

    2) a small (3/4 inch) break in the stitching just below the bottom of the left-side interior zipper pocket. This break in the stitching does not affect the security of the pockets and is hardly noticeable, it's just a small opening where the stitching below the bottom of where the pocket zipper ends.

IMPORTANT EDIT: After taking the photos of the 2-tone jacket, it became apparent that there is a 3-inch tear in the leather on the front right side of the jacket where the black leather panel meets the leather trim that is sewn into the sleeve fabric at the armpit area. As a result, I am selling the jacket as is for $450. The tear, though very annoying and unfortunate, should not be expensive to have repaired, and I have included photos of it for you to view. Please contact me if you are still interested and would like to purchase the item with the intent of having the tear repaired by your local tailor.

Overall, the jacket itself if is good conditioned for a piece this popular, uncommon, and from the era of when Rick Owens was overall more creative in my opinion than what it has become.

Due to the small signs of wear and my lack of ability to do anything but stare at the jacket with lust, I'm letting it go for $525 $450 including shipping to anywhere in the USA. Considering I paid about $1500 for the jacket originally, and that you'd be hard-pressed to find one of these going for less than $750, I'd say it's a pretty damn good deal.

Please click HERE to view photos of the jacket and the tear on Flickr

I've done tons of sales on SUFU before, so check through the threads I've started in the past if you'd like to check. Hopefully they are all still there (likely archived though lol) because of how long it has been since I posted here. Let me know if you have any questions. PM me if you're interested!

  2. and anywhere in north america, the tobacco is pure shit compared to the rest of the world.

I agree with this but on occasion I can't resist a processed and ammonia-treated cig. I usually smoke AS periques (black box) but sometimes grab a pack of camel wides or turkish royals if I wanna change things up. Also, I'm surprised you guys all hate pall malls so much. For their price I definitely prefer them to USA's or mavericks, even if I'd rather have a premium pack regardless. At least they burn slowly. NY is getting hit with another tax increase of $1.60 per pack day after tomorrow. I might cry when i see the average carton price rise above $100 here in the city. I feel so violated...

  3. Yes, I actually tried some of my Norwegian friend;'s. They were far more intense. He also had this "extra strength" snus.... wow. I can't remember the name of them, I will ask next time I see.

I quit smoking with snus, but i still have a few cigarettes a week just for pure pleasure. There are a lot of brands that make extra strong versions, but be forewarned you might vomit if you try them & don't use oral tobacco frequently. It's a shitload of nicotine to the face. If you were interested in trying swedish snus check out the General snus website. They recently started selling some products at higher end tobacco shops through the US & you can use the store locator on their site to see if it's available near you.

Oh I forgot to mention you can get a free trial pack from the site if you're willing to give them the last 4 digits of your SSN

  4. ^^Might as well if it's the only site you feel comfortable ordering from. Prices seem kind of high, though. Waiting for a friend to return from SIngapore with a carton of mild sevens for me...

  5. yo, not smoking... but who's done snuff (nose)?

probably watch/read too many westerns, but i want to try this.

i've done it before. As long as youre not trying to do lines of it, a little bit doesn't hurt and actually stops nicotine cravings very effectively. Definitely awful for your sinuses / nose with long term use, but occasionally it's interesting.

  6. ^^ i really would like to try them as novelty as they are. can anyone proxy a pack?
Someone please proxy me a carton of seven stars fffffffuuuuu I'm about to die!!
Ok, best site to buy cartoons for cheap, sent in a discrete package?

I know one was posted here I just wanna know which one is best.

Brands I like: Gauloises (what I smoke daily), Mild 7 (yeah I know), Newports, sometimes Gitanes but not too often.

If somebody on sufu lives in an international country with low cigarette costs and a good brand selection they should seriously think about proxying. I'm sure many members would be pleased to proxy if they could pay via paypal and receive their goods in a couple weeks or less.

  7. i just had the strangest experience with a weed brownie. never have had edibles before except for like half a cookie once, but this was mad weird. felt like i was tripping on a mix of alcohol and E... and being high. super disoriented, seeing stuff in frames, getting paranoid, so i went to sleep and lie down but i felt extremely weird.

    was i just super blown?

sounds like you just had a proper strong edible

  8. Don't know if this would belong in this thread or if it deserves its own, but do any of you smokers snus? I tried the camel frost & mellow when they rolled out here in NY less than a year ago and didn't like them much, but recently more tobacco shops have been stocking higher quality snus like General. I always hated (and still hate) dipping, but i can't get enough snus. So great not to have to run out for a cigarette in the middle of the winter to get a satisfying nicotine fix. So far my favorite is the white portion original, but i also love the white mini mint. Any other snus lovers on here?

  9. I switched to American Spirits about a year ago, and i've heard it said you never go back to another brand once you switch, which is true for me. and I love how long they last. I won't even bum a regular brand anymore if i'm out. tastes gross to me.

Any one know any other natural cigs besides Nat Sherman?

I think winstons are additive free, but I'm not positive. I don't really see any cig as additive free now that they're all fsc but if you still prefer the taste go ahead. Just don't think they won't kill you as fast as reds.

  10. Hey guys, I'm looking for any Rick outerwear you may have for sale, preferably sz small if current season, but maybe xs or medium depending on individual garment measurements. Doesn't have to be leather, but I'd prefer something warm, not too long, and black / grey / drkshdwy in color. Limits $1100. PM me if interested. Thanks!

  11. a friend of mine got one a few weeks ago, and we were able to figure out how to use it correctly the first night. I'm in the market for a vape right now, and seriously considering the vaporgenie because it's so cheap. Does anybody know how it stacks up in regard to efficiency to other vapes?
I'd love to know that too. It's super portable and eliminates a lot of unwanted effects of smoking like toxicity, smell, etc.

Seems like the perfect solution for getting high stealthily in your room

I got a vaporgenie a couple months ago and absolutely love it. In terms of efficiency, i'd say it's just as efficient as any other vape. One of the things I love about it is being able to take a lighter more aromatic vapor hit, then a dense potent hit a few seconds after. I will admit, it's a bitch to teach to people who haven't used one before, but it only takes about a bowl or two to get comfortable with it. The screw on top also makes it easy to stir herbs by shaking, as well as providing a safe / mess-containing storage area while traveling. It eats through lighters if you use it a few times a day, but some beeline / ital can solve that if it upsets you. Overall, i'd highly recommend the vaporgenie, especially for anybody in need of a cheap / portable vape that has a bit more of that smoking experience to it.

  12. Is anybody with a post count greater than 500 interested in taking over this? I've been incredibly busy lately and do believe the jeans should go around once more, but with a better director / plan. PM me if interested.

  13. smoking vaped weed is pretty pov

I think it really depends on what temp you vape at. I know a few people who prefer to stick to a lower range of temps and end up with a dark goldish-brownish-khaki buff that can be mixed with fresh bud for smoking or used to make damn good edibles. I personally vape at higher temps between 365-375 and just trash the remains. Not worth it to me.
