Please can someone help me out here!?

 

my dad wants some selvedge denim, and he basically only wears Levis 505 off the shelf at Sears or wherever, so I am trying to find the closest fit to those as I can't find those 505s in any kinda good denim. Anyone have suggestions? It's for Christmas and I gotta order soon.

Anybody else with me on saying these are the most rugged, most color holding jeans they've ever worn?

Out of all the jeans I've ever worn, these 101s have held their color the longest, not had any spots of considerable wear more than others, any stitching issues, crotch wear issues or anything else. Going on a year now and they look like I've had them for a couple months. I wear them daily.

No washes yet. No real fades except some minor fading in the crotch area. No real whiskers or knee fades or honeycombs. The 34s in this are just simply too tight for me and I want to get some SDA 101s and size up. These are $340 from Ironheart new. Looking for $225. Can provide pics upon request.

Can someone recommend me a pair of relaxed denim for <200? I have Fullcount 0105s and they're too tight right now. I want something more relaxed and light for the summer. 6'4' 210, muscular legs. Medium to high rise.

So can someone help me out quickly here, I'm trying to buy my dad his first pair of dry denim as he's expressed interest. I wanna get him something like Levis 505 regular fits that you buy at Sears nowadays. He is interested in getting some raw denim so I wanna get him a pair that has a very similar fit. he wears 34x32. I'm looking to spend like 150ish? Any suggestions?

I don't know, I live in the UK and don't think we have Sears here. Why don't you find a shop that sells the 1967 505 raws and try some on? Google is your friend here!

nowhere in my area sells raw denim. problem of living in Maine.

The 1967 505 are widely available as a raw, sanforized model.

That's seems to be my problem too, my waist is 33, then it'll fit quite slim. But the thigh area is the reoccurring problem when I am looking for a new pair.

Its too bad that you don't have a tape measure, I must think about this, you'll hear from me!

I once bought a momotaro G-004MB in 33/34 and it was just not comfy enough, so I sold it to a good friend of mine, who by the way rocks them real hard. I don't want to deal with that again as you can imagine.

If your waist is 33 they should be perfect for you. I'm 34 with big thighs from the gym and they still fit buttoned, just tight when sitting down or whatever.

Okay guys. Good high/mid rise relaxed fit dry denim for a guy with the need for ample crotch room and thigh room. Samurai 5000vx not cutting it. Baggiest Iron hearts not cutting it. Levis 505 34s off the shelf too tight. Any suggestions?

Are there any Iron hearts that are slightly baggier than Levis 505s?

Suggestions for blacked out denim that fits like Levis505? Fit can't be slimmer, if anything baggier would be better.

any updated pics of the jacket now? I barbour'd my jeans but it doesn't seem to stick.
