It's not the "be all, end all," but how much do you weigh, and how much can you bench? I imagine that if you were to focus on a strong chest overall (and not specifically inner pecs), it may fill out.

I weight 76kg and 183cm. I don't bench as much i do flat db press since get shoulder pain doing bench. Right now im doing 32kg x 6 reps for my last set on flat DB press.

I have been working out for 1 year now, So i guess it will take a few more years to develop a fuller chest.

is there any workout i should concentrate to "connect" my chest more? My chest is developed, but the breastbone area is lacking. Or is it all a genetic thing?

I want to get into XC, what are some good bikes you guys recommend within under $650?

zeiss lens will cost you an arm and leg. go for GF-1 if you want to keep it simple. gf2 touch screen really bugs me, a dumb decision by panasonic.

i had the gx100 for a long time. Very good quality build, shots raw, good lens and looks "cool"

imo, the best option for 3/4's right now is the new E-PL2 or GF-1. I hate gf2's touch screen, is lame and unresponsive.

suits, never. It makes you look like a newb / intern @ the office.

if you wanna go classy but young, sport like a filson or porter laptop bag or shoulder bag.

i would've gotten the EPL-2 or GF-1. No built in flash for the nx100 is the biggest turn off for me + looks butt ugggggs

what prime lens to cop for cropped sensor? i feel like the 50mm is too zoomed. haven't heard anything particularly great about the 35mm f1.8, but its the only one in my price range. suggestions?

go for the 35mm 1.8 if your a nikon user. basically a 50mm on a FX. Very sharp at f/2.8 to 5.6

pair it with a 55-200 or any zoom lens and you should hv a good setup for day to day use.
