I did find Mr. Hollywood. Granted, my friend was with me and knew how to get there.

tokyo is a nightmare to find anything, thats sort of just the way it is. i lived there for years and still got lost all the time. the tokyo superguide contains alot more than just maps though. we have people based there plotting stuff out monthly and who really know whats going on an a regular basis. i think its pretty reliable.

oh yeah and fyi...tokyo generally doesnt have street names. [only main drags] the system is based on ward and block numbers.

for the purpose of clarification, this project is NOT a superfuture collaboration. it is an independant project organised by cheep. we ofcourse wish you all the best of luck but superfuture is not involved in this in any other capacity than providing message boards for communication of ideas.

the issue with the gravis shoes has been that the factory for the jeans and the shoes are completely different. i think the JR guys had to place an order for the gravis sneaks after i'd sent sizes off to them and there has been some delays.

they did inform me that all the jeans had been sent out and the shoes would be following shortly after. its all a bit nuts due to the intn'l shipping and various factories.

as for booradley not getting his stuff yet...i've emailed piotr today and he's checking up on it. feel free to email him also and ask. i'll keep you posted and please let me know if anyone gets their shoes in the meantime.

as far as i know, they tend to restock weekly and the best time to go is monday morning. i had the same experience there once with a bunch of fall sweaters i wanted. went back on a monday morning and they had all sizes and colors. hope this helps...

we've been approached by a major japanese retailer in new york who want to sponsor an event for supertalkers in NYC in the beginning of september this year. so feel free to do a supermeet in june...BUT...might want to wait until september for the first official SF east coast party...ON THAT NOTE : we are looking for an NYC based event coordinator to :
