Broke out the Rising Sun miner pants, that I picked up from Orvis last fall. I'm not usually a fan of pre-broken-in stuff, but these are so buttery soft & comfortable that I love 'em..

Where can I get a pair of the 6" smoke jumper in brown roughout? I might be able to swing by their factory this summer, if not I need to order a pair online. Either I'm completely missing them on their site or I need to look elsewhere.

Like Fresco said - on Bakershoe, select the "custom smokejumper" option. You can then pick the height, materials, lacing configuration, eyelets/hooks, sole, and other options.

Hey akuma, BC3 got it - great ease of movement, although they are not as stretchy as the outliers. Much slimmer than the outlier OG pants.

Ranon, this promotion is part of your year in your Roys. I think the only 'rule' was that you commit to chronicling your year and wearing them when possible. I for one have enjoyed your updates, and don't think its too far out of the question to think you could still get a lot of really good wear in them if you continued to wear them nights and weekends.

Edit: I've also been meaning to say thanks to Robbie for the post wash fit. All your Roys seem to improve fit-wise with each wash. Mine are ridiculously baggy now, but I'm trying to hold off for a bit longer.

It's funny - in NA, it's become much more of a game for the average guy. I've also played at some really fine courses in the UK, and was really surprised at how different the "attitude" is. Can't say I blame you...
