^I'm similar in size to you, and take a medium in tops & bottoms. They're sized smaller than the regular Nike range.

I still have my old 991's that I used to run in. Now I wear them to grocery shop at Costco. I've become my dad

Cash - awesome! My wife and I both used to do a fair bit of ultra running, mostly locally, and in the northeast US. Always dreamed about doing the Western States, but these days don't have the time to put in those training miles!
Mike... Another glorious food post!
Just a mini-update… Had a fun week - despite the thunderstormy weather. Everyone's in a summer holiday frame of mind, and a few of us from the office took a bunch of clients out. The RxC stayed dry on shore….
While we did this….
Afterwards, it was a short walk to another area of the beach to try some sports photography….
dot dot dot
I think I need a lot more practice at this Still a long, hot summer ahead

They also featured some excellent photo exhibits
This one below, on AIDs in Africa, was taken by Tony Hauser. I've known him for years - he took our family portraits right after our little girl was born. Amazing photog, his work is all film/B&W.
On our way home from a dinner a couple of days ago, we spotted this
Turns out it is the Gibson road show, and talk about guitar porn!!
I played with this one for a while - a steal at $5k…
How about some special editions
Beautiful craftsmanship. But no purchases sadly!
Now off to do father's day stuff! Have a great weekend!

Nice pics snozepp! Roy - looks like a great exhibit! Robbie, good times! Back from Canada already???
Xpost from RxC
Happy Father's day to all you dads! Our morning started with the baby rabbit joining his parents in our back yard!
It's been the usual busy, busy here. I am involved in an annual charity fund-raising fair. This year, in addition to the CFO job, I also took on the role of photographer for the event. Here are a few snaps…
The silent auction room - all kinds of goodies. I donated the photo canvas just visible in the top left corner of the pic…
The bake sale was mouth-watering
All kinds of bouncy castles
And of course there had to be a "dunk" station - in this case, via water balloons!
Also managed to get out to the "Profusion" show, put on by Vistek, one of Canada's large photography retailers. Their shows are usually geared more towards the pro market, and they always have fantastic instructional sessions, as well as the latest & greatest toys
They has quite a bit of good lighting products: they missed some great sales opps by not having things set up for us to try, but I played around anyways

Man, this thread is full of win!!
Great to see you rocking the RxC nottootight!!
Dr_Heech, they're looking great! Methinks you are still sneaking them to work
Damn Paul - you're a celebrity! So….. Groupies??
Roy6 - you've outdone yourself! Great pics! And what a contrast in atmosphere with ThisSunday's activities!
ThisSunday, that shot of you wearing the smoking jacket (in the wayjdt thread) -amazing fit - should have gotten it!! Gotta get you both when I recharge!
Well, my update today is G-rated, just so you know..
Catching up on the weekend stuff. We were staying at my uncle's place - he's got land in the Niagara region. So of course, we had to check out the falls.
We ended up walking out onto the Rainbow Bridge, and the view was really something.
It was a long way down - not for the acrophobic, for sure. I was actually pretty surprised that the railing was so low - great for photography & base jumping!
Upon returning to the border crossing, the customs officials told us that they get a lot of "jumpers", to which my little girl commented "Yeah! Base jumping is so cool!"
His reply was "I'm afraid these jumpers never come back."
Man. They sure manage to keep it out of the news pretty well.
Then into town to hit up every kid's favourite place!
The chocolate covered strawberries were amazing
BTW - she is wearing blue nail polish to celebrate getting her blue belt in karate!!
