I love these jeans and hate the fact that I can't squeeze into mine, I wear a 33 in most raw denim and got a 34 just to be safe; stlil too tight for my likings. The SExIHs look like they would fit me better (larger thighs but skinny lower legs), but I really do like the look of these a lot more.

how medium of a medium is it?

I've got bigger thighs too and the Okinawas are a great fit for me, I love them. I had S5000VXs in my true size (33) and they fit, slightly tighter than the Okinawas but comfortable enough to wear for months and months. If you want to go non-Japanese, a lot of Nudie cuts would fit too.

Not that bad, if the hoody wasn't so green and the shoes didn't have purple on them it would be even better. Also, the sheen that some raw denimz have drives me crazy, I really hate how it looks and this is a good example of it. If you like then cool, but yeah your fit really isn't that bad.
