Damn, I feel yeah on gulls. Don't see any respectable people wearing gulled evisu and seems to be associated with wanna be rappers and the like.

Im copping a tiger selvedge #1 denim this oct and will try to break it in around the same time and well see if its better.

I saw some size 29 ,30 , 31 from theor old archieves in umeda which is also for sale. Who wants em lemme know . Old "evis " tabs . 2504 , 2501 etc etc in small sizes. And a pair or two in size 38,40 42

that doesnt sound like very much. maybe i should have sized down instead of going TTS

I emailed Gordan at BIG and he said the following

"Thank you for your inquiry. I’m not sure of the exact shrinkage since the Geisha jeans are only delivered once washed but my guess would be about the same as the 17oz denim which is around 4-6% shrinkage with washing and drying"

I emailed denimio and they said the Geisha denim shrinks about 2-4 cm, which is about .8-1.6 inches. I am assuming is would be 1.6 in the waist and .8 everywhere else

you asked and you shall received. Well it was just about to rain, so very cloudy. not exactly optimal for taking picture of denim. 

 

 

nice jeans. i would said cloudy days are the best for taking pictures of denim.

The red-line No.1 shrinks 3.5" in length, Tigerstrom said he got 8cm from his tiger selvage, if the gatagata No.1 is the same used on the Lot 2011 I had then that lost 2.5" which Gnomes pair of 2000 seems to back up.

i didnt realize that evisu no.1 denim has changed to where it shrinks more now than before. do they still make a silver selvage no.1 denim or is that the old stock?
