is it possible to get custom pairs made anymore? i found some samples they sent me when i was looking for denim to patch a hole and forgot all about this brand. some of the denim samples are so unique that i might order a pair if its still possible

anyone know where you can buy PBJ's in Osaka?

I did this and can confirm they will paint on both worn in jeans as well as new jeans, but they have to be Evisu JP (no Evisu EU). It kind of goes without saying but they do want you to wash them before they paint them if they're worn in, because else the paint doesn't stick properly. Costs ~2100Â¥ I believe. Most stores can't do it on the spot (depends on how busy the artist is at that time) so plan around it if you wanna be sure you can get it done.

Oh and @Chantheman - they had a resident artist in store for just such additions, so I cant imagine that they wouldn't have similar in Tokyo as Ed confirmed!

will any of the evisu stores in japan paint gulls on preowned jeans? im considering bringing my lot2000's with me that have blank pockets to try and get custom characters written on them if possible

When i stayed in Kyoto last i stayed at the Hotel Granvia which was connected to Kyoto Station making it easy to get around

airbnb doesnt have a lot available the week im going to be there. any other suggestions as to where to stay maybe outside of kyoto that i might want to check out?

i would if i bought any jeans in the last 3 years to show. have posted every fit of every jean i've purchased in this thread since 2007

headed to kyoto for the first time in 7 years so this thread is handy. thinking of taking a day trip to nara and another to hakone to see the open air museum. basing my stay out of kyoto as a central location.

i come back to check out sufu and its a shame that this thread hasnt been updated since the last time i was on this forum
