Thanks. They were worn less after the first year or so, but still fairly frequently, and often during intense activities.

It's nice, but the card slot is too small for a card, which strikes me as odd.

Supertouch, Negative Approach, and RORSCHACH this summer!

My 103s, worn for three-ish weeks thus far. Shrunk while worn in a warm tub. Very snug initially.

Fortunately, they've gotten more comfortable with some wear.

So far so good.

That's definitely a worst case scenario. Personally, I'm all for going a long time without a wash, but I like high contrat fades. You do reach a point where the funk or damage to the fabric makes washing the move.

I do have to say these are fading, not really worth taking pictures yet, but soon i'll blow minds.

Same deal. I've had the SDA Type II jacket for almost a year, and 103s almost a month. The jacket has a lot going on that I'm completely incapable of capturing in a photo. In the right light, so do the jeans.

Problem with a good deal of the Japanese models is they are to slubby, to heavy, and cut wrong as compared to originals. I think that SC do a good job on the 47s and theres a few other makers that do a decent job but a good # of them are not accurate as compared to originals.

You have a lot of informative posts, but you've said this probably 20 times already.

I think it's pretty obvious that not all of the Japanese brands people like are attempting to do exact reproductions, and the people buying them aren't looking for exact reproductions.

Have they been washed ever? If not, you might want to.

I hear you...and almost 100% agree...but I can't hate on Leeway nor the Cro Mags.

Leeway: They weren't nearly as DUMB (as in intellectually challenged and caught up in silly ass subcultural politics based on segregating through "crew unity") as the cats they usually played with. I dunno...maybe it's cause they were one of the first bands I got put onto...maybe it's cause I hear a little later-era Bad Brains in their sound...maybe it's cause Eddie is closer to a scrawny, hyper kid (even at 40) than some inkfreak jock monster...but they are one of the only breakdown heavy, yo yo yo, nyhc bands that I can stomach...even thoroughly enjoy the rap'ier "Kingpin" and "Catholic Girls" to sing along everytime.

Not into Harley's character at all...but the demo and AOQ is ill.

Never was a fan of Agnostic Front...but Vinny Stigma is a dude I'd like to drink and shoot the shit with.

SOIA, Crown Of Thornz, 25 Ta Life, Skarhead, VOD, and all that type shit...keep that.

My 19 month old Eternal 811s with 3 day old Studio D'Artisan 103s.

Looking at these again, what these remind me most of are 45rpm's, think it's the shape of the backpockets combined with the "plain-ness" and the crumbled/washed look...

I was thinking the same thing. Eternals also have that look when new.

Washed my Eternal 811s again. Now at 2 washes. A little over a year and a half.
