I agree i need to have them hemmed. They are a straight leg (and 8 in across at hem) but the extra length and bunching is making them look more of a bootcut. But in the past when ive worn them and posted in waywt i had people say the wider leg cut looked good on me compared to the tapered jeans i wear.

yeah, that's true but they appear to have a nice finish. i think dollar for dollar, superfine are best. check those too.
the only superfines ive seen have been womens, but the denim all felt pretty thin and they did not seem particularly well made compared to similar brands. The fits/cuts seemed good and some of the finishes looked alright, but my impression was they were very overpriced at retail. But ive seen them get marked down pretty low, so then they'd be a good buy for then money.

1. Helmut Lang sneakers. These are in very good condition and i only wore them a couple times. Combination of leather, suede, and nylon. Tagged as a size 8... i'm not sure how helmut lang sizing works, but these fit like a 42-42.5. Made in Italy. These are extremely nice and well-made, but i just don't think they really suit me.
