Do you have any dark grey or black 17cms in a size 28 or 29? If not would it be possible to get a pair?

I have the dark grey sheers in 28 (and maybe 29).

I have a pair of dark washed Dior MII's in size 28 if you're interested, they're brand new from last season. I don't recall the wash name, but they're very similar to the "New Emperor" from FW07. I think they were called "Made in the Shade".

They measure 15" flat, meaning 30" at the waist.

I'm 6'1" and I get almost no stacking, so yeah, someone who is 5'7" would actually get a better look than a taller guy (unless the taller guy is like all torso).

Hmm, my roommate wears a 46 in RG and just traded his 28's up for a 29, so you might want a 46, but if you're wearing a 31 in clawmarks, the 46's legs might be too slim.

Don't think so, they have a little give to them though. I'm sure someone with more experience can chime in.

Can't really say, I haven't worn APCs in a very long time. They measure 16.25 to 16.5" at the waist when laid flat, and have 19cm hems.

I don't have either, they're both from past seasons. THe only thing close I have in size 30 are the silver clawmarks.

Do they make grey Dauphins every season like they do the raws? Or am i doomed?

Raw, Used (commonly referred to as Clawmarks), Silver Selvedge and Super Slender. Those are the ones that are made season to season, nothing else in terms of jeans.

If your jeans measure 32" (16" when laid flat), then a size 29. If its 33", then a 30. And yes, I can get them.

The recent ones have the silver "Dior" on a small black leather tag which attaches on a slight curve to the back right section of the jean. Maybe yours are from a (much) older season, or they could be f/w 08? New design?

No, he thinks that the black tag is supposed to be completely sewn onto the jeans, as opposed to just the top part.
