Anyone tried the new CDG x Chalayan: Airborne? I just got a sample in a Luckyscent order and to me, it's solid but nothing special. Light, fresh and slightly bitter but w/o any of the oddness one would expect from cdg.

there has been a rumor in socal that stone is the distrobuter for russian river in socal, but still no sign of blind pig nor pliny the elder.

i think it's mentioned on russian river's website that stone is their socal distributor. both blind pig and pliny are available at hi-time in costa mesa since i just picked up two of each last week.

the images from Nachtwey's TED project drop tomorrow (3-Oct).

ever since watching his TED acceptance speech, i've been curious as to what issue he chose to bring to light. i guess we'll find out. there will be displays of his images all over the world (antarctica even!) starting tomorrow in NYC.

hopefully, this will get some play in the media amidst the post-debate spin and all of the talk about the economic crisis.
