I would recomend the 3 kings in farringdon location is in clerkenwell green(my local) near the church-all depends on what night you get your 11 hours?The perserverance on Lambs conduit street used to be good but since Jan 07 been under new management....Scary new management..

Casa's are easy to find,try to eat in them as restaurantes and hotels are dull foodwise,Vinales wiked not much to do but if you walk to the caves stop at Alberto Mucha fruita stall and he may invite you to meet his pigs and drink fresh coffee,Trinidad is real Cuba casa snr Gil Lomes is a nice family

Funny Old town,Best bet is to head east central-Brick Lane/Hoxton - more like the real ole smoke rather than west London Notting Hill etc.. Central is not up to much these days - good to go shopping in the day but you can get good one off boutiques in Brick lane not to mention a wiked curry...
