Any opinions/testimonials? And what do they jeans llok like after they've faded? Can you see the camo printed on the inside?

I know this has been posted to death before, but I'm curious to see if anyone has pics of ED-47's that they've worn in. I just picked up a pair myself and wanted to know if they'd give a good contrast down the line

because the numbers show that there are significantly more men who use the internet than women. And men like using bbs's a lot more, on top of that.

Anybody know if they exist?

As far as the fashion industry goes, isn't streetwear more or less what types of trends are going on with normal consumers, as opposed to so-called "runway" fashion (which is often coture, or custom made i.e. not meant for mass production)? My gf, who's a textiles and apparel major (and pretty much the reason why I frequent this board ) explained to me once the complex relationship between runway fashion and streetwear. It's sometimes hard to tell who's getting inspiration from whom. I know that back in the early 20th century, it was mostly the big fahsion houses (Chanel, etc.) that dictated what was stylish and what wasn't... but that's quickly changing. Now it's not uncommon for a so-called luxury brand, like gucci or versace, to be getting inspiration from subcultures (i.e. Punk, most recently) and putting it out on the runway...

Interesting stuff, no?

I don't know too much about the quality (since I don't much about denim at all) but I did pick up a ROCKIN' type 1 jacket while I was there... it's been a staple of my closet ever since

it's true... just look at any A&F catalog. Doesn't stop it from selling like wildfire to the frat boy crowd.

Does anybody know of jeans under $100 (under $50 would be great) that are raw and selvedge? I'm really curious to see what it's like but I REALLY don't have the money to spend on the brands people here seem to enjoy.

I have to admit, at first I was kinda apprehensive about picking up a pair, but then I saw one on sale for $40 at Nordstrom Rack up in Oregon... it was pretty hard for me to refuse a $40 pair of super soft, well fitting jeans.

Just picked up a pair off of eBay, love the fit and the color (esp. the contrast of the denim and the stitching) Here's my question: Do any of you know if they fade at all like raw denim? I'm not so sure that type 1s are raw because the denim feels super soft... I was hoping I'd get to wear them 6 months and come out with a beautifully broken pair of jeans like the rest of you guys
