Pure Blue Japan Winter Collection of JeansLeft hand twill denim jeans from Pure Blue Japan are here. The XX-011 is a slim tapered model made of a special 13.5oz denim which has a reverse twill pattern giving this denim a dry but somewhat soft hand as it ages over time.We've also received 16.5oz Slub Denim jeans and 18oz Super Rough denim jeans, both available in PBJ's straight tapered fit.

Fine Creek Leather's Shinki Leather Leon JacketFine Creek Leather just released one beautiful jacket this week, the Shinki leather version of their Leon model. This is the the Leon Custom jacket we’ve always carried but with the belt and epaulets intact and made of a 1.3mm Shinki tannery horsehide; these have a shorter break-in period and slightly lighter weight which is great for all weather wear.Fine Creek makes some of the most beautiful horsehide jackets we've seen. Using a vegetable tanned Japanese horsehide, which ages in a fairly fast manner, they cut and sew these jackets in their own studio in Tokyo. The quality of stitching is as good as it gets for a leather jacket, and we've not seen many jackets age as well as these do. Depending on the panel they'll use a different type of stitch thread and thread count to achieve puckering in certain areas for added character.

We're aiming for a spring 2023 release and there'll be two fits. The slim one will go up to 36 and the straight leg classic fit one will go up to 38.

These are the heaviest weight t-shirts Flat Head produces and they've been making these for over twenty years. The Kei Shigenaga Fall CollectionThe Kei Shigenaga fall collection is here. First up we have the Igen bracelet made of twisted links, handmade one by one, a large curved plate, and two textured dog tags. The contrast between the perfectly polished plate and the oxidized/rough areas of the bracelet are the key elements here making this bracelet so unique.We also have the Shin pendant and necklace; inspired by a spine, as Shin means "core" in Japanese. The pendant has four black diamonds, and the custom chain comes with a solid 18k gold tag.In addition to the Igen and Shin we have three new rings and another pendant and necklace set.

Pure Blue Japan Fall Collection of JeansPure Blue Japan’s IDBK overdyed warp jean is here. This is an 18oz denim with an indigo weft and a warp made of a yarn which is pure indigo dyed then overdyed black before being woven into denim. You’re going to get a “three way” fading process with these as the warp and weft age in a different manner over time.We also now have their flagship 14oz denim available in their 013 slim and 019 straight tapered fits at all stores.

The Iron Heart 20th Anniversary Ultra-Heavy Flannel & Deerskin ShirtsThe Iron Heart flannel that started it all is back as part of Iron Heart’s 20th Anniversary collection. Back when Iron Heart originally released this flannel we were the only brick and mortar store outside Japan selling the brand. We’ll never forget getting this shirt in at our first store in San Francisco around 2006. We’d never seen a flannel like it. It was soft, heavy (10oz back then), and the pattern had a nice depth to it that opened up over time with wear. We probably bought 20 of them for the shop, with half of those going to staff and friends of the shop; they’re still to this day one of the most coveted things we’ve ever sold. If you weren’t one of those lucky 20 back in 2006 you now have a chance to own one. Same colors, same pattern, now made of 12oz flannel, but slightly pale-gray overdyed to bring the final weight to 14oz, the heaviest flannel Iron Heart has ever produced.We also have a new run of Ezo deerskin shirts and 10oz overdyed denim western shirts.

Studio D'Artisan Suvin Gold Loopwheeled T-Shirts & Dralon SocksSuvin Gold is one of, if not the most, expensive cotton varieties in the world. Studio D’Artisan have done a new run of their loopwheeled heavyweight t-shirts in 100% Suvin Gold cotton, available now in three colors. These tees feel quite unique as most brands wouldn’t make a garment this heavy out of a fiber this fine.Along with these Suvin Gold t-shirts we also have a new run of their Dralon fiber socks available in three colors.

The Flat Head

This was Flat Head's 8005A jean, originally released in December of 2009. They were made of a 13.75oz rope dyed indigo denim that was originally developed for Real Japan Blues but the fabric came out lighter in shade than what they wanted RJB jeans to look like so they ended up using the denim to make these 8005A jeans. They made 300 pairs with 100 pairs of those going to Self Edge. They were sort of a combination of many different styles of jeans with the buckle-back, workwear style pocket, curved front pockets, etc..
