3sixteen x Gloverall Duffle Coats, Rinsed Heavyweight T-Shirts, Japanese Tochigi Belts, & Caps3sixteen hit us this week with their new duffle coat made collaboration with England's Gloverall, their heavyweight t-shirts which are now all rinsed for much easier sizing, newly developed Japanese Tochigi belts in three colors, and a restock of their waxed baseball caps.All these great things can be found at all 5 of our stores except for the Gloverall coat which is available exclusively online and at SESF.

Samurai 15oz Otokogi Jeans and Medium Weight 2-Pack T-ShirtsThis S510HX jean is Samurai's newest iteration of a classic straight leg jean with a medium rise and a classic fit leg. These are made of their custom 15oz "Otokogi" denim made of a 100% Texas cotton fiber with tightly twisted slub yarns for an amazing texture and very high unique fading potential.Also, Samurai blank tees have landed and now come in more colors! These t-shirts are a welcome addition to our line-up of well made Japanese basics. These blank tees are circular knit (no side seams), have a narrow double-stitched collar, and come lightly rinsed. Samurai offers these blank t-shirts in a 2-pack, available in black, white, and navy.

Fine Creek Leather's Shinki Leather Leon JacketFine Creek Leather just released one beautiful jacket this week, the Shinki leather version of their Leon model. This is the the Leon Custom jacket we’ve always carried but with the belt and epaulets intact and made of a 1.3mm Shinki tannery horsehide; these have a shorter break-in period and slightly lighter weight which is great for all weather wear.Fine Creek makes some of the most beautiful horsehide jackets we've seen. Using a vegetable tanned Japanese horsehide, which ages in a fairly fast manner, they cut and sew these jackets in their own studio in Tokyo. The quality of stitching is as good as it gets for a leather jacket, and we've not seen many jackets age as well as these do. Depending on the panel they'll use a different type of stitch thread and thread count to achieve puckering in certain areas for added character.

We're aiming for a spring 2023 release and there'll be two fits. The slim one will go up to 36 and the straight leg classic fit one will go up to 38.

These are the ultimate loopwheeled t-shirts, no surprise that they come from Strike Gold, a brand highly dedicated to pushing the boundaries of both selvedge denim and loopwheeled basics.This heavy 100% cotton fabric is made on vintage loopwheeling machines in Japan. Not many of these machines still exist in the world as they're difficult to maintain and run at a very slow pace. This jersey is produced and pulled down by gravity to create a zero tension knit, creating that trademark horizontal pattern you seen in a well worn in loopwheeled t-shirt or sweater. The Flat Head Fall Collection of Jackets, T-Shirts, & ShirtsWe’re excited to be adding another jacket to our line-up of Flat Head leather jackets. They’ve taken the iconic Type II jacket style and done it up in a super supple 1.3mm tannin-dyed Japanese deerskin. These are finished with iron buttons and the jacket is fully rayon lined.Flat Head's iconic THC t-shirt is back. These are the heaviest weight t-shirts Flat Head produces and they've been making these for over twenty years. These tees are heavy yet soft, have a Never-Sag collar, come with contrast collar and hem stitching, and have no side seams due to the tubular knit fabric.We also have 12oz denim workshirts and crazy nice Heavy Duty socks in two colors.

The Kei Shigenaga Fall CollectionThe Kei Shigenaga fall collection is here. First up we have the Igen bracelet made of twisted links, handmade one by one, a large curved plate, and two textured dog tags. The contrast between the perfectly polished plate and the oxidized/rough areas of the bracelet are the key elements here making this bracelet so unique.We also have the Shin pendant and necklace; inspired by a spine, as Shin means "core" in Japanese. The pendant has four black diamonds, and the custom chain comes with a solid 18k gold tag.In addition to the Igen and Shin we have three new rings and another pendant and necklace set.

Pure Blue Japan Fall Collection of JeansPure Blue Japan’s IDBK overdyed warp jean is here. This is an 18oz denim with an indigo weft and a warp made of a yarn which is pure indigo dyed then overdyed black before being woven into denim. You’re going to get a “three way” fading process with these as the warp and weft age in a different manner over time.We also now have their flagship 14oz denim available in their 013 slim and 019 straight tapered fits at all stores.

The Iron Heart 20th Anniversary Ultra-Heavy Flannel & Deerskin ShirtsThe Iron Heart flannel that started it all is back as part of Iron Heart’s 20th Anniversary collection. Back when Iron Heart originally released this flannel we were the only brick and mortar store outside Japan selling the brand. We’ll never forget getting this shirt in at our first store in San Francisco around 2006. We’d never seen a flannel like it. It was soft, heavy (10oz back then), and the pattern had a nice depth to it that opened up over time with wear. We probably bought 20 of them for the shop, with half of those going to staff and friends of the shop; they’re still to this day one of the most coveted things we’ve ever sold. If you weren’t one of those lucky 20 back in 2006 you now have a chance to own one. Same colors, same pattern, now made of 12oz flannel, but slightly pale-gray overdyed to bring the final weight to 14oz, the heaviest flannel Iron Heart has ever produced.We also have a new run of Ezo deerskin shirts and 10oz overdyed denim western shirts.

Studio D’Artisan have done a new run of their loopwheeled heavyweight t-shirts in 100% Suvin Gold cotton, available now in three colors. These tees feel quite unique as most brands wouldn’t make a garment this heavy out of a fiber this fine.Along with these Suvin Gold t-shirts we also have a new run of their Dralon fiber socks available in three colors.

The Rick Owens STROBE Fall/Winter CollectionWe’ve just received the Rick Owens STROBE edition of the Made in Japan Detroit jean. We love the way these turned out and are excited to offer this model in what we think is the most versatile jean silhouette Rick Owens produces. These are made of a newly developed 13.75oz Japanese selvedge denim with an indigo warp and black weft. This denim truly comes alive after it’s been soaked or softened by a bit of wear; we can’t wait to see some pairs of these super worn in over time.Made of the same 13.75oz denim we also have new cargo Pods shorts and a new shirt jacket we're really in love with over here.Three new Ramones sneakers have also landed. We have high-tops in a newly developed 22oz natural denim, low-tops in a black 22oz denim, and high-tops in heavy black corduroy.

3sixteen Winter Crosscut Flannels & CPO ShirtsWe’ve got two hot ones this week from 3sixteen. First up we have their buffalo plaid crosscut flannel from their new fall collection. These are produced of a 100% cotton indigo-dyed flannel which is slack weave woven for extra pattern depth and are finished with enamel coated metal fisheye buttons.Also, as part of 3sixteen’s new fall collection we have their indigo sashiko CPO shirt. These are made of a beautiful custom woven sashiko fabric that's pure indigo dyed. These shirts start our dark indigo in color and will fade as they're worn and washed over the years.Along with these two new releases we also have fresh production runs of 3sixteen's chinos, available in three colors.
