Yeah, kind of a bummer. Still a pretty good shoe though.

Surprised the Old Skools don't have leather insoles.

Surprised they referenced Carroll specifically. Wonder if that costs Supreme/Vans any royalty money.

Wow. Thanks for posting that scan, Lex.
I remember tripping out when I saw that ad.

Hahaha.

college address doesn't match credit card address so wont they sell to me. Fuck you supreme.
Why don't you just update your credit card billing address?

If you're going to pay a premium why not have it made in the USA?
I don't think that something made in China is inherently worse than something made in the USA.
Many of the items I've purchased from Supreme that have been made in China are of fine quality.
If, however, you'd prefer to purchase American-made products for economic reasons, I can get behind that 100%.
I would gladly pay more for a product made in the USA if it meant keeping jobs here. Gotta support the country, ya know?
But country of origin, now more than ever, is not indicative of quality.

Ok thanks. It does look like its been produced in a different leather.
I'm just speculating. It might not be lambskin.
But most of their leather jackets have been made from lamb in recent past.

It's not specifically mentioned, but I'm guessing the perfecto is made from lambskin (as opposed to more traditional calfskin), which gives it a different look.

And for some reason, more Lady Gaga pics

Got tickets to see a J Mascis acoustic show in March. Pretty stoked.
Will be interesting to see what an acoustic show is like, since Dinosaur Jr. shows are so loud they hurt.

I used to have those green/camel Carrolls. The leather on them was kind of weird. It had an odd texture. Kind of rubbery.
Madfoot did a version of the Carrolls a few years back. I believe they did a two-tone royal/white version.

Wow. Great find.
Those look pretty accurate. Down to the tongue Signature.

Yeah, it's a dope jacket for sure. Bums me out to sell it, but the length just wasn't working for me.
Even though I probably won't get a TOJ, it's probably the reason I sold my Supreme jacket. Seeing all the perfect, made-to-measure TOJ jackets made me realize mine didn't fit perfectly, and thus had to go.

F/W 2008
Motorcycle Bomber
Soft, supple, yet surprisingly durable black Lambskin
Sunken, smooth gliding zippers
Houndstooth cotton lining
The jacket is in great condition except for a couple of small, very imperceptible scuffs on the left sleeve.
Worn only a handful of times. I wish I could keep this jacket, but it's just a little too long for me.
$450 Shipped
Measurements:
Shoulder to Shoulder: 17.5 inches
Pit to Pit: 21 inches
Front Length (top to bottom along zipper): 23.5 inches
Shoulder seam to cuff: 26 inches

OP was about making the soles of Wallabees lower, not Desert Boots.

Didn't notice it until I saw them in person, but the outsole on the Half Cabs is smooth all the way around. They don't have that notch on the toe area.

So, if not for Supreme, you would have no reason for getting out of bed in the morning?

I saw Stay Gold the other night, and I wasn't really impressed.
All of those guys are super talented skateboarders, but I just get bored with the style of the riders and aesthetic of the video.
There were definitely a lot of really difficult tricks, but I'm not all that stoked on "hammers". All those guys kind of blend together.
I probably would have liked the video a lot more if it wasn't by Emerica if that makes sense. I hate the greencast shit they do.

Red mini football is rad. Wish it was full-sized.

Let's hope not.

What does "proceeds" mean, profits or sales price?
I mean generally speaking, not whatever Supreme's interpretation might be.
