Huge cuffs go readily with fuller cuts. With slimmer ones, it can look like they are unfinished and really need a good hemming. For some reason though, these work, maybe because there isnt much of a taper? I imagine after more wear, the jeans will have stretched out to an even better fit.

I tried to buy from Jah-Haze but I received a very nice message back saying:
Thank you for the inquiry.
Although I feel sorry, at our company, I have refused overseas dispatch.

306 people by the looks of it and no problems.

Lovely vintage shade of blue on those Simon.

Not washing your jeans is soooo 2007

Yes, maynard, the finishing on my fly is a bit sloppy too . I'm not sure if these are simply a re-lotted 700 model or even seconds? I can live with it though.

opinions? I have a pair of these and I think Maynard does also. I like them very much, the fit is nice and relaxed but not sloppy.
After a couple of days wear they have stretched out to be a really good regular fit. The inseam shrunk nicely so that I don't need them hemming. I don't think I have all of the shrinkage out just yet but will probably baby these for a while in terms of soaking and washing.
The only small issues are that the rise could be a bit higher but then that's more to do with my personal taste than the jeans themselves. Secondly, the cinch gets in the way of the belt when looping it through. They were slightly nut hugging at first but have settled down a bit now after some wear. If I can get round to it, I will post fit pics. In short, for £120 quid shipped for a pair of Warehouse, I could not go wrong.

Quite sad reading that blog

Not that much slimmer, maybe a bit tighter in the top block and on the ass? 50s looking good though.

Do you need to discuss tax evasion openly on the internet? I'm sure nobody likes paying it but maybe keep it to PMs or email?

Looks like vol 4 number 8, spring/summer 2013.

Lot 415s arrived today from japan-holic. Ive not bought a pair of jeans for over 18 months so it was good to give them a soak, a damp try on and then the pondering of whether they will stretch out enough again to fit. Great denim but then you knew that already.

Agreed gnome, there is not enough attention paid to finding pieces that fit properly and flatter the wearer, too much obsessing about standard details and conveying that to the internet.
I have two Flat Head tees that are around 5 years old now. Finally starting to show signs of fading after regular weekly washes but have still retained their shape. Or it is possible that they have moulded to my shape as they are size 42 and I cannot fit into a new size 42 FH tee these days despite them being the same measurements.

Love this. And so true. I remember when this was a fashion forum, not an extension of Watchdog.

You're just a fashionista Maynard.

Great shirts there but remember the 50s/60s influence - so why not wear them with your jeans big and well cuffed and feel no shame! Never understand why people mix pieces from decades apart and thus look unbalanced.

I know that riff's fits are generally popular but they are not really for me. This one, however, is perfect. Love the ranch jacket and the colour combo or blue denim, white tee and duck is classic stuff.

I think the VAT may be more than 20 quid though.

Er... thanks Mega, I think I know what you mean
Yes I see some of the Euro influence. I think it is difficult for the JP brands to be truly distinctive though given that they are all pretty much working off the same base materials but it is the little details which give them some of their brand identity. I don't know if I see that here but then I have only seen a small selection of their range.
I was interested because you are clearly investing a lot of time with these guys so I wondered what it was that piqued your own interest. So thanks for explaining.

I am interested to know the inspiration behind Trophy - in the way that the Flat Head is 50s/60s rock and roll, Iron Heart and Samurai have some biker influences etc.

I had size 34. Have size 34 in Lot 44s. The lot 44s are quite a bit fuller on the thigh and a bit bigger all over really.

Yes they are a straight fit but by no means a 'regular' fit in the thigh. Not drastically tight but every time I washed mine, there was a little bit of stretching to do before the fit was back to golden.

IH's quality is there (but any better than the other JP brands?) but it all looks a bit dull really. Can achieve the same look by wandering through GAP or H&M if one wanted to. I just don't see many people on the internet wearing it and looking like they know how to dress well. That said, if I'd had the cash at the time, I would have bought a pair of the raw 634s.
