I replaced the 34 new standards with a 32 l'anglaise. better fit!

Does anyone have one? I had mine designed (by myself) and will be getting them by September. Can't wait! I heard you could only have them in London, New York and (would you believe) in Manila, Philippines!

I guess what the store owner was advising me is to wear it a bit loose then? I was really inclined in getting the 33 but he insisted. Anyway, if I don't like the fit after soaking he'll give me the 33. Thanks!

I've finally decided to buy a pair APC new standard (in raw denim) because of the nice fit on me. Is it true that APCs will shrink after you soak them the first time? I wear a waist size 34 and when I fitted a size 33, it fits me well. But the owner told me that they will soak it for me and told me to go for the 34 (even if it is 2-3 inches bigger than 34". He claims that it will shrink after soaking. If not, he will give me the size 33. I guess he know what he's talking about.

Can anyone vouch for this? I read in another thread in this forum that it does shring

Any thoughts on this Swedish brand? Are they're line of jeans compete with the likes of other top brands? Which are they most compared with? I heard that they are in the category of diesel jeans. Would Rogan, APC, Rag & Bone better in your opinion?

Could you say in terms of quality, pound per pound ROGAN would still come out the best? How about Loomstate, APC, rag & bone, nudie, or corpus denim.

I've checked Volls and from what I gather in their website, Atelier LaDurance is a bit baggy. I guess it's not for me. I'm just a straight cut/ relaxed fit kinda guy.

Any recommendations among these brands: APC, Rock & Republic, Rogan, Paper Denim, Corpus Denim, Evisu, Rag & Bone.
